Bite me. Actually under the liability act the images are the property of CCP - Ofcorse - But the file itself was not CREATED by CCP - It was created by the SOLE owner - As such you are still liable. You dont need to open the file - It was created by Nelson, by not opening it basically makes you not liable to CCP, by hosting the FILE makes you liable to nelson.
