Alright seeing as this thread is going down hill as perusal in an immature fashion and being the thread author, can a forum moderator please close / delete it, seeing as nothing constructive is being displayed, my apologizes to the, ôInvolved partiesö.
It was just a bit of fun but for some people who have taken it way out of context, good work, youÆre mission is accomplished.

Actually under the liability act the images are the property of CCP - Ofcorse - But the file itself was not CREATED by CCP - It was created by the SOLE owner - As such you are still liable.
You dont need to open the file - It was created by Nelson, by not opening it basically makes you not liable to CCP, by hosting the FILE makes you liable to nelson.

Copyright/Infrigment Law/Liability are the same in the UK as they are in the US when dealing with OWNERSHIP of somthing.
You wouldnt go hosting your own version of EvE now would you?

No you dont need to copyright things such as this because it would be an infrigement on CCP's right to copyright the entire video, but the file was created by nelson - as such all ownership of that FILE not its contents belong to him.
