It's my pleasure to announce that Zeepo's school of scamming is now open.
Ever wanted to make fast and easy isk, even tho your charicter may be camped in a station, a noob with very little sp or deep in 0.0 far away from anywhere. Well then scamming is the ideal alt proffesion for you.
However, in order to get the best out of your new scamming career you need insider info, all the tips and tricks needed to get ahead in the scamming game, where can I find these out I hear you ask? Well the answer is, at Zeepo's school of Scamming, why not be taught these things by the person many consider the number 1 scammer in EvE.
Attending my school of scamming entitles you to in depth knowledge of past scams, tips on how to scam and ways in which to get maximum isk from a scam. There will also be guest lecturers that specialise in certain aspects of scamming and even ore theivery.
Pricing:
Attending a lecture will cost you 3mill, and each lecture will last approximatly half an hour, with a short Q and A session afterwards.
There will be in total 4 lectures, usually 1 per week, you are entitled to attend any lecture you wish as long as you pay the isk required.
Private tuition is also available at a cost of 1mill per 5 mins.
On a final note I must people ask that people don't post the usual "omgwtfScamZ0r" , "omgwtfattenti0ns33k3r", etc posts, anybody posting along these lines will recive a witty and unbeatable comback (j/k)
Lectures to start sometime next week, the first lectire will cover:
- Making an alt look trustworthy
- Gaining the trust of a potential victim
- The "Minerals to build" scam

Why do I get the feeling that people paying Zeepo money will, in fact, get scammed? I mean, why teach others into his game and educate the public about scammery - wouldn't it just cut into his profits?

Edited by: Zeepo on 25/04/2005 00:43:11 Edited by: Zeepo on 25/04/2005 00:40:58 Well, I guess it may appear to some as a scam. However, it would be much easier for me just to use one of my alt's which are currently hibernating atm instead of using this char which is pretty infamous for scamming.
Also, scince I stand to make more isk in the long term by not scamming anybody that takes part, i'd say it was pretty obvious it wasn;t a scam.
Think about it, giving out my knowledge costs nothing, why would I rip people off for say 10 mill when i could pull in 10mill each week but not scamming. If you think about it logically it would be a bad idea for me to scam anybody taking part.
Maybe the people claming it's a scam are just saying so because they want my school to fail, I can't say I blame them many people hate scammers especially those who have been scammed before. I just ask that people keep an open mind and form their own opinions, peer pressure I a terrable thing

If I ever get bored with killing things I just may give him a call.

How would you make a school about scamming with an unknown alt? An unknown alt wouldn't be known for knowing this stuff, and fewer people would buy it.

It's quite simple really. More scammers leads to higher scammer awareness and less business opportinities for the existing scammers (ie you).

actuelly counting the time this scam was made
this is the biggest scam in Eve's History (maybe with the exeption of the recent corp theft that netted 30 bill but again that was a theft this was a scam)
the reason this is the biggest scam to date in Eve is that at the time it was made Isk was worth much more than they are now (atleast 10 times as much)
also last time this story was brought up several of the Charectors that was mentioned in this story was still active Charector's (I dont know if they still are though) so as far as I know this story is true
also it was brought up several months ago and was locked by the devs and at that time the Dev said that story did in fact happen

I did not scam anybody.
This is what really happened....
(disclaimer: the events described below may not have actually have happened and are subject to change, and cake)
I was peacefully mining in Jita in my caracal, I had just aquired a new named mining laser from my agent and was testing it out. The mining was going well and I was putting lots and lots of ore into my can, this made me very happy indeed. SO happy in fact that I did a dace to celebrate:
Zeepo dance
However as I was about to haul my 10k of omber, a looked outside my window , to my horror there were too many clouds in the sky! I knew this would cause horrible lag in EvE and so decided to haul my ore right away. But it was too late, and I was plunged into a "lag spiral"
Doh!
I suddenly found my self in a chat channel, with people asking me about scamming!
The moral of the story, it was an optical illusion caued my lag and too many clouds in the sky
