Thats exactly what DDC did. Leave the IGA, technically renounce XETIC, and still retain all rights within XETIC territory.

If the rest of Xetic had said pirates set to positive standings, then yeah, I'd say that was a problem. If the rest of Xetic had them set to KOS, I see no issues here. You can take out the "To attack us" but then it changes the entire context of what I was saying to what you want me to say...

If Xetic want to complain i will too.
whilst in Stain space i got attacked by Xetic member, Adreanna something from Fuzzy Kittens, now i was locked and attacked by this person, despite Stains wishes that no fighting should take place within their borders...
Deducting from this, if Stain should make any move in this conflict, it would be to set Xetic to -10 and kos them since they have shown no respect to their wishes to stay neutral
Or maybe Xetic should just stop complaining and get on with it

Okay, foregoing reading all the replies, let me get this straight.
Because Xetic is at war with the "Five Corps", SE's not allowed to make money by allowing others to use thier facilities to offset the cost of runnnig their alliance/corp?
Wow, I didn't realize Xetic's power extended that far as to determine how others can run their territories. Have you tried telling them when they can take lunches and breaks too?

I think the news is out of date. People were getting frustrated because when XF and SE had closed borders for each other the MASS and co players were retreating into Stain space if XF got the upper hand (and it goes back and forth a lot). Except for a few people Xetic respected the closed border policy while things got sorted out between the two alliances. Feyth gangs did not chase enemies into Stain space. Now that SE has said it will basically do nothing to help or hinder anyone these screenshots don't have a whole lot of importance. Pointless thread imo but the rest of you should be able to see where Xetic was upset in the weeks before this.

1. In the entire history of eve, only .001% of political questions/concerns have ever led to a favorable outcome by the originator on this foum. In contrast, 66% of political questions/concerns have led to positive outcome for the originator when dealt through person-to-person in game channels.
(the above statistics have margin of error of 25.0%) 
2. SE has shown respect to it's friends/neighbors by sincerely stating the reasons for its nuetrality in the clash between 2 allies. All that is asked is that SE isn't put into a position to choose a side by refraining from hostilities in SE space. Like honorable allies, both sides agreed. I think SE would be disapointed to see either side break that simple request.
3. I'm pretty sure that any attempt to force SE into siding with a particular side in this conflict by using any degree of forum cleverness and/or wrangling will be recognized by the SE as manipulation and quickly disreguarded.
The above is my personal opinion.

Man theres a lot of sharp nasty bitter opinions in this thread, i got a nose bleed from the hatred ratiating from my laptops screen.
Dudes, doesnt this kind of politics make eve one hell of a game! I used to play planetside (yuk) and there was never this kind of hatred for the Vanu or TR. Its quite amusing to read it all.
What i see is that the majority of posts are by Atuk, Spurm and shinra (i would say about 75%) and the rest is Xetic and others so already we have a problem getting any counter arguement over in these forums
Lets enjoy the game for what it has given us all but lets not get caught up in an unrational hatred for someone you dont know. If you dont like Xetic fine, im sure as my ship goes down burning i kinda know that but lets not be immature and flame the forums.
Imagine what the game would be like with out wars!!! OMG that would be terrible... Enjoy your enemy

At one stage, not so long ago, SE are our best friends. RED Alliance declare on SE, we declare on RED. We declare on SE internal problems to help out because thats what allies do for each other.
Suddenly, half of SE split away. Trigger, the emperor 'that shall return', invades our space with "former" SE corps. The other half of SE throws away the defense pact because at best, they don't want to deal with it. To many, including myself, you flushed away our relationship and your respect.

ffs get over the past MASS etc havent been SE for moths now. As alot know we have accepted merc contracts tho this is not one. We have attacked other friends of SE aswell. Ive said this before to think that NON SE corps hold the same relations as SE is quite frankly stupid get over it and fight will u ffs.
Yes i know my sigs to big but im to lazy to do owt about it.
