Stain's proposal of nuetrality was more or less specific to warfare, and the free access to stain territory for both sides can easily be construed as station access rights as well, being that it is indeed stain territory. If you read the statment logically and in a concrete fashion it's there in big neon lights. Just becuase this is more advantagous to BBA (the five or whatever they call themselves) doesn't nullify stain's nuetrality, Xetic just got the burnt side of the pancake. The espionage portion of this story is interesting too, perhaps you would be better off not posting evidence of you spying on your "friendly" neighbors. As for accusations/propaganda about spying I would dismiss these out of hand since the pilot had the right to be there.

Neutral in this conflic dont mean u or the new Ca should not be able to dock in there space. U are both friends 2 stain so why on earth should u both not be able to dock there? All i can see here is Xetic ****ed at stain for not takeing side in this conflic and u are really asking them to side up with u guys to kill there friends? We al know how this conflic did start and i dont see why stain should cover your back and backstab there friends since u xetic do the first kill in this conflic. Lets refresh the history here and look back when Stain did start the war with CA. Xetic did stay neutral for a long long long time and didnt have balls to do something about CA althrough CA where killing u guys when u where neutral to them. U only asked them again to leave u guys alone so u could mine and haul it to there base in d87. Stain didnt mined that then and keeped on fighting CA. It was not untill CA had killed u guys again and again for a long time when u finaly did see u guys did need to do something since ca was not gonna stop killing your guys in catch/curse. So after about what 6-8 month in the war Stain vs CA u guys finaly showed up and that was NOT to help stain it was because ca where attacking XETIC! Another example is hmm CELES ring a bell? Or RA Alliance? I was not gonna replay but it bothers me to see xetic cry about stain never help them out and u make it look like u have always been there for stain wich is long way from being true. Just remamber u guys did the first kill in this conflic! So dont expect to get help from stain since the one u attacked are also friends of stain. Stain did say they would stay neutral to this conflic but u 2 are both there friends so i dont see why stain need to close there base and there space. U relise u are not doing any good posting this crap on forums about your ONLY friends left in eve. U should try to hold on to that friendship then trying to destroy it like u are trying with this post! Over and out
