I would like to buy a character to start pvping on.
I have not got much experience with pvp so I'm looking for a character with a broad spectrum of skills with at least 2 races trained fairly equally if not 3 so I can try lots of ships out.
Budget: Pref 8b, Max 12b
SP: 20m -40m
Will consider more costly characters if they are good value.

Sale with Kamikaze did not work out so i'm still looking for characters.
Pinpon: Nice char a bit too low SP for what i'm looking for sorry.
Random notes: skills in social and leadership are not usefull for me and your also too specialized sorry :P
