I am not to judge that - may I suggest you petition it to a GM if you find it unacceptable or does ATUK support this kind of behaviour?
We can't go around kicking members for every thing we find unacceptable, I would have been kicked for smack talking long ago then. I do suggest how ever when you find some body from an "enemy" faction which action or way of game is unacceptable to you, petition it. They have logs etc. and can do a much more fair judgment then any of us players.
Asking your enemy to kick members that they are fighting along side with is less effienct.

Well i guess i should reply and say my piece.
Firstly, ebay says nothing about illegality issues. I now realise its a bad thing from reading your comments. So i shall refrain from using it in future. Please accept my apologies, i havent been playing long.
Secondly, my frustration was relayed to "teacher telling" Adam C a little too forcefully. And if he's honestly scared of playing or going outside his house im sorry. Like you guys have said, its only a game.
I had just jumped 30 odd gates to get to my location just to be podded by this boy, talk about frustration!
Well i guess we all live and learn and i can assure you all lessons have been learnt.

I was going from PB to empire last week and got ganked by 2 Evol and 1 RKK at a gate in A-2. I was in a caracal, and I think they had 2 thoraxes and and a raven or something. anyway, i was heavily overpowered and outnumbered. I got popped and podded, being warp scrambled and probably webbed. I have been in DMGI for 2 months and only playing Eve for 3 months. Did I whine and complain????? NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I laughed in local while they were doing it and telling them to hurry up and kill me so I can be on my way. I had to just sit there and watch my ship and pod being blown to bits because I couldnt move. I thought it was actually funny. Yes it was only a cruiser, but I bought it myself(and ships are not cheap in FA)and I have little isk.
My point is that there is no point in whining and yelling and making an ass out of yourself just because you lost a ship. More and more lately I have seen this behavior and I think its appalling. Just go to empire, do some agent missions or a complex and you will have enough isk to buy whatever you want in no time!!!!!

What people do with their RL money or OWN account is their choice..
If you REALLY think this is an offense under the EULA then petition it under exploit.... Otherwise this is flame bait. |
