Arcane Technologies has declared war on XETIC Federation. After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those invovled. You have just declared war on XETIC Federation, which will be active in 24 hours. The weekly cost is 100,000,000.00 ISK and you will receive a bill which needs to be payed promptly to maintain the war. If the bill is not payed or the war is cancelled by other means, do not pay the last bill. When a war is cancelled, there is a 24 hour grace period where you can still be legally attacked. Note that if warring party enters an Alliance, the war will move over to that Alliance. Also note that if that party leaves the Alliance again, there is only a 24 hour grace period where you can attack him until the war expires and you need to declare again.

MAZA say they are PROUD xetic federation members
yet they leave the in game alliance a few hours after we declare war, that doesnt sound proud to me, that sounds weak and pathetic.

1. Maza did not leave Xetic when we were engaged in 11 wars. What makes you think we got scared of you then?
2. Xetic constantly getting war mail. It would be impossible to leave IGA in a peace period, because there never was one.
3. Not being XETIC IGA, doesn't mean we do not support Xetic, nor that we will not fight against Xetic enemies.
