Any type of ships really as long as it has preferably over 95% combat skills.
Not gonna be a jerk about % but lets say less than 89% doesn't really qualify.
Don't mind cross-training or multirole chars just if he's a frig guy i expect frig 5, cruiser guy cruiser 5
Exception with muti-racial BS pilots, they don't have to have either to 5 but it needs to be logical combinations for pirate faction BS. So, idk, something like Cald./Gall. is kinda pointless for me whereas Minnie/ Gall. is very interesting 
Have up to 4 slots and budget is 30 bil tops for the lot, so don't mind how thats divided.

hi yip,
thanks for posting.
I'm not against pirate chars but they need to be worth bringing the sec status back up, just spent 3 days getting a guy from -10 to -6 and tbh its only worth it for a much high sp char, for me anyway.

all those very nice, i kinda bought 2 or 3 chars tonight already though so my budget doesn't stretch as far as el scorpio or antaire anymore, great chars though, will remember the names :)
have about a 9b budget left, thats tops atm |
