Too bad that the agents don't give them out anymore.
So I wonder if some are still flying around.
How much would it cost these days?

He is linked to GHSC - who also now possess the two remaining Imperial Apocs in the game...

They'd cost insanely stupid amounts of ISK, and I doubt you'd ever be able to buy one unfortunately 
I think they should all be stolen and given to PIE

That is wrong. Kileak of Roving Guns possess an Imperial Apocalypse as well.

They weren't agent rewards. They were prizes for winning the amarr frig tournament, which, to this day is the only event worth participating in.
