Transwarp prior to ST:TNG is unscaleable as in ST:3 they used a warp scale that went upto 12. And all sucsesfull transwarp's have been on the later TNG scale that goes to 10. Warp 10 is the point where the reach the destination anywhere in the ga...

tbh i think it would be more along the lines of: smash is smaller than se and alot poorer on a member to member base. smash is and has been operating mainly snipers (megas), they also run wcs setups or ganks setups. SE maybe fat slow and a rip...
