well in game if u look at the billboards u can see that it says avaliable to rent.... well can't ccp make it so corps can rent some to advertise their corp. Corps would pay weekly to rent one and mabey have i limit to how many they can rent. bout 5-10 sounds ok so huge mega rich corps wount rents 50+ billboards in empire. This could be a great idea, please post of wht u think

I like this idea. But also have a skill to incerease that number.
Also not only will Corps just rent these for recruitment, but maybe players can rent them to hold events. :)

I agree, because private deals and bartering goods is more enjoyable than using the market.
I wish we had the news service back, along with some constraints to minimize abuses. Restricting it to station, local or constellation wide at the most would be best.

I just had an idea that kind of fits into this one.
Deployable Message Holograms
Deployable Sign Holograms
Was thinking that people can deploy holograms to display messages for events, corp recruitment, jobs, etc. I was think for Sign Holograms, they can add a Sign Creator that would have features such as:
Background colors to choose from
Text Font, Size, Color to choose from
Arrange text however you please
Add corp logos, player portraits, ship portraits
Arrange logos/portraits how you please
Those are jsut off the top of my head.
I got this idea basically from Cowboy Bebop. At times the main characters' ship would be in a field of commercial holographic advertisements.
Maybe i should make a separate thread for this.

The in space things, text should only be assemblable from keywords, as from a drop down list. That way you prevent other uses from emerging.
Otherwise they will just be used to insult people instead of being a useful message as for a sale or for a bounty.
