That list is not entirely up to date, and some of the builders of interceptors do build from bpc, not bpo. It is however the only source of information I have been able to find that isnt just based on hearsay, and it does seem to imply that 8-12 bpo of each is a more reasonable figure than 30.
As for cap recharger II, well they are a great module and as long as people pay 15 mill for them that will be the price. There is a limit on how many you can manufacture per day, like all other bpo, so there is a definite limit on supply, and a high demand. Much like other tech II ships and modules.
