We have had many a run-in with the Priory during our operations in Providence.
They are a small and very efficient 0.0 hunt/kill pack, quite often mounting lone BS runs through heavily guarded territory.
The Pirate Waywatcher, while not the CEO, is thier foremost battle pilot. Look for a patented MWD Gankathron setup to rush up on you with dual heavy SB to nab your pod instantly. I have witnessed this signiature attack firsthand. 
They are patient hunters. If you hunt them, you had best have equal or greater patience, or you will provide them the moment they need.....
Furthermore, most if not all of them are good sports who you can have an anecdotal chat with after the fight. Many a lonely patrol in R3-K7K was spent discussing setups and politics with our targets.

Most of The Priory and Waywatcher in particular are pretty decent - although they have also recruited a few noobs recently who run and hide unless accompanied by a fleet.
Waywatcher gets lots of kills on unwary pilots but he also takes risks and if you're smart you can kill him and his mates...
CVA has killed at least five of his BS - although he has killed quite a few of ours too  He is a damn good pilot...

You fail to add the odds at which you're pilots engage him, normally 3 v 1.
