When i try to log onto the singularity (test server) i get this:

Last Login: 2005.03.01 06:26
Number of Visits: 965
reason: Account Expired
First i have never loged on to the test server
So who or how do i get acess to the test server ?
Sorry if this is in wrong forum didnt know where else to put it :)

you either have a new account or have had a break from eve during the last update of the test server 
if not you have done some naughty things and got hit with the ban stick.

700 kilobytes is far too much of a sig for anyone to possess.

According to the Forum rules, signatures need to be 24,000 bytes , you're breaking that by 650K :)

yes links can be any size since the refer to offsite pages which dont put the burden monster on eve forums

The only thing that Banners put a burdon on is your OWN browser, the forums don't copy the content in and then send it on to you.
The reason the rule exists, is that it makes the forums difficult to navigate when you have a Modem connection.
And your banner is 8449 bytes oversized :Ì
