Bawk and salutations peoples of EVE! There has been some question as to the happenings and purpose of many parties in the north since FOE began to fall apart. Im posting as the representative of several corps. The following corps are forming an unnofficial and as-yet unnamed coalition in the north: CELTIC Industries, Euphoria Released, MAZA solutions, MAZA NOSTRA, Black Lance, 7th Space Cavalry. We are also currently in negotiations with a couple other corporations, which for now will not be named for confidentialities sake; if they decide to join with CELTS and help found this unnofficial northern alliance, they will be listed. No corp currently with us is a member of Force of Evil alliance, and any corp which joins with us in the future will also not be a member.
Standings have been reset, and each corp which has joined with us has taken a vow not to pirate and kill neutrals unless they are members of an npc corporation. Neutrals and + standing people will not be fired on in the north. Our aims are to stabilize the region and make it safe for all involved.We are laying claim to Vale of the Silent. We lay no claim to geminate, or tribute regions, and wish for peace with our neibors so that a strong north may someday arise. We plan to put the stations which are found in Vale of the Silent to good use, and a much different use than FOE. Rather than benefiting a single corporation, the stations will be for the benefit of all.
We plan to allow any neutral or above standing person to dock in the stations; the space will be open for mining to all. Isk made from the stations will be put toward a PVP fund which will benefit those corporations who are part of the coalition and help pay to defend the space to make it safe for mining. Currently the only corporations KOS to this coalition are F-E, as well as any who fight by their side or pirate in this region. Whilst PA, G, and Iron are neutral in this affair, we hope that we might some day soon assist them in making this area stable and secure. I welcome any stabilizing force to the Vale of the Silent region. Vale and Tribute have been a pirate-ridden part of the universe for a long time.
The only work left to be done is the "pacification" and removal of FOE's remnants. Once formalized, I could see your new alliance working closely with the PA/IRON/G/FE/Imp folks to make the north (and west) the strongest and safest areas of the universe (crosses fingers).
Just think, a combined PA/IRON/G/FE/Imp/(new Vale alliance) pretection force operating in gank squads all over the north and west could get their jollies ganking pirates in the border travel regions between empire and regions such as Pure Blind, Syndicate, and Vale.
That's right, I'm suggesting a unified security/travel treaty between the aforementioned alliances (and the new Vale allliance) so that all of the parties could travel freely through Syndicate, Outer Ring, Cloud Ring, Fade, Deklein, Venal, Tenal, Branch, Vale, Tribute, and Geminate. Oh the possibilities :)
But I'm just a grunt from Rona, so what I envision means nothing. But imagine the power that conglomeration would have

Blasting some stations and saying 'hey, we say this is our space now' has historicaly proven quite easy without exception in Eve. Actually being able to hold on to it has proven to be the folly so many.
I don't see CELTS, TBL and Co. having the experience to weather the hand they've just dealt themselves with this announcement. The simple fact that this announcement is several months premature without even facing the securing of Vale and Geminate is a giant hint of things to come and how inexperienced the leadership side of things is in as yet to be named coalition.
This self proclomation also will only end up keeping the North a perpetual warzone that it's been for so long.
Nice try folks, but just don't think ya'll have the minerals to do it...especially considering who the very real and very longtime landlord is  .

Celts are an awesome pvp corp, not to mention that that they have several hard hitting corps with them. Furthermore, you forget your history, that being they are the old UFS. They can run the region, and im sure F-E will continue to play liniage.

Not to come off all flaming like but a...shouldn't ya at least put together the alliance totally and actually secure the space for a month or two instead of a day or two before claiming it's yours?

Sorry mate, we were not at war with GODS. Infact, everyone in P3 camping the gate to OBE that night were +10 to Celts. Who knows, maybe they can be again in the future, and that's just me talking. I flew along with alot of the GODS guys before all this happend, I flew along with the FE guys who weren't playing L also, and had massive fun with them. Now I guess we will have more fun, after all, that is the purpose of a game correct?

I dont take it as a flame. However we were fighting against everyone who was still working with foyle/foe. You were still flying with corp1 and hostile intent untill about 2 days ago so we considered you hostiles. I appologise for the confusion about the standings. Pirating is now forbidden in the tribute region. All corps without exception will be held to that standard. Effective immediatly. |

Well your press release says you want to be friends with your neibors and you lay no claim to tribute yet when i asked if you were planning on attacking us you guys told me yes. So you have to admit that is a mixed msg. chose one or the other. cant have it both ways.
Second off at the time we had left FOE and had been attacked by several foyle loyalists. We concidered celts hostile since you were flying with corp1 and hostile intent. Thats not piracy. Muteny against foe, posibly. but piracy, no.
Sentry guns are not the final say in piracy. The other day I shot at moo in obe. they did not attack me first. The sentry guns shot at me. is that piracy? |

GODS, F-E and all the other corps that left have been removed but not celts.

Also Celts have not had access to the killboards in almost two weeks now. Just because the owner hasn't updated his lists does not equate to active use. and we will use whatever ts we can get our hands on.... how does use of a support program out of eve equate to colaboration.... you betrayers really need to rethink how much bs we will agree with you on.

Hey guys sorry to burst in on the 'talks 0_o', ok i've scolded the guy for using the killboard and i have no clue why he did it. (as you may notice he was #1 on the killboard list so he is abit of a killmail *****).
you will also notice that La Cite des Ombres is still on the killboard and they sopposedly sided with F-E, As said before we will make efforts to have the corp removed as should have been done when we left.

Ok at the time (sunday) CELTS members were free to do as they pleased during the cease fire in which we withdrew from Vale, Members were told that they were not allowed to pirate in the north and Dave took that literally and went down south to do it these acts taking place over 20 jumps from OBE (im in ls-jep atm so i cant check distance).
I cannot justify his actions for him and will speak to a director about possible action/s.
Please remember that that was Sunday and we officially stated that we condemn pirating yesterday, i have talked to him and have have his word that he will not partake in pirating nor has he done such during our current corp stance change towards pirating.
And so i will not apologise on behalf of him but will leave the floor open to him when he comes back online (ill get him to make a statement promising that he will no longer pirate etc).

Yup i can understand, but at the time of your attacks on CELTS members we had left FOE, infact the incodent in question happened right after F-E, GODS etc left FOE themselves, i believe we had very very few ppl in 0.0. (and those in 0.0 were leaving as the corp was going to move on)
We were not working with FOE however we were using their TS while the corp was getting one set up for itself.
EDIT: give me a few mins to look through what has been said in this thread, i have made no claims of 'GODS EBIL PIWATING!!1111' im trying to state the facts as they stand, however im getting tired of this 3 vs 1 thing going on, lol (i post and 3 ppl from the same corp reply)

I think you are missing the point m8 or just using it to make the point you want. Celts left FOE basically because of problems with F-E. Later F-E left with you guys and some others. Celts had you set to +10 along with all other current and former foe. A GODS pilot attacked one of our haulers. We find out we have been set to -10 by F-E, GODS, aopl and whoever else is flying with you. So Celts decided to retaliate. And we did.
The whole point is simply that you attacked us we attacked back...and this thread has nothing to do with us saying we are morally better. It is all simply a result of the GODS pilot attacking one of our own, while you were set to +10.

First of all, not once in my original post did I ever call GODS "pirates". I simply said I concidered them blowing up my hauler in a 0.3 system "an act of piracy". But like I said seeing as how my overview said GODS was +10, how would I have known you guys had us to -10.

If i get the whip for saying how I feel about it then so be it. Celts left FOE due to internal problems. Those problems were we had several members who were going to leave Celts because they were tired of being harrased about "hanging out in the Celts channel", "not going out on ops", "not taking other people out with us on our ops". This harrasment was comming from FE members, who i will not name here. Funny how the majority of the people on TS on the weekends were Celts. Funny how the majority of FE members on the TS server were in their own little channel so happily named "L word Speak, no E word speak", although there were some FE i flew beside on many ops and enjoyed those moments. Just as you said Ender, the reason you left FOE was to save FE, Celts left FOE to save Celts. Anyway's it's done and over with. GL to everyone, and see you in the future, weather it's on my wing or at the end of my gun sights. After all it's a game that we pay to play to have fun right. CHEERS
This is why we left. While Celts and a few of the good FE guys were busting our ass figting, the other FE guys were playing L2, and smacking us because we weren't doing things the way FE wanted us to do things. Even Marichek told us on TS that he didn't have a problem with the way we were operating. Apparently BV and some others felt diffrently. Why lose members, good members of your corp to continuous harrasment, when you can rectify the situation and move away from the harrasment. That's what we did. And it's our fault FOE fell apart? MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Then there was the "oh how much money did Foyle give you guys to buy BS? You said you couldn't afford them, then all the sudden you guys have BS. WTF????" I never got one penny from Foyle or FOE for my loses. Celts had a pvp fund that replaced my ships and everyone elses. Im tired of trying to explain it. No matter how much flaming and copying and pasting and post and screenshots either side does here, it's not going to make the other side happy or content. What's done is done. The table has been set. Let us see what it serves us.
