I was a true "drone ship"
say a gallente ships that has like 3.5 or more of drone space
1-2 high slots
X med slots
X low slot
3.5K+ drone space
skills bonus 2-3 extra drone per lvl
less armor repair cap per lvl or more heavy drone dmage per lvl
any other ideas?

theres an amarr drone carrier already out, but its crap. dunno if they changed it since exodus tho.

Drones are the much maligned, often abused, red headed stpchildren of eve. The devs don't want you using drones except in a limited fashion, and as has always been the case, prefer you using a relatively small number of large drones rather than clouds of smaller ones.

I know of the carrier but there gonna be diffrent
there not just or might not even be involoed with drones
and eitherway those are gonna be Huge ships I"m talking about bs or smaller

carriers are gonan be involved with drones, XL drones.

there is a drone ship, its called a Dominix, do some research....

Carriers will use drones.
Vexor, Ishkur, Ishtar and Dominix are all drone ships.

The Arbitrator is far from Useless, Very effective anti frigate platform in pvp, max of 15 med drones with spares. And yeah Carriers will eb the drone kings with XL drones. But the likes of the Arb, Vexor, Dominix and the Gallente HAC are all very effective.

Instead of a new class, they just need to beef up the Amarr Cruiser carrier (right now, it's far worse than a Thorax both in defenses and drone space, and only gives you 1-2 hi slots). The "Arbiter" is it?
The other races could then get a new cruiser (which are needed anyway to fill up the L4 and L5 cruiser skill level) for the purpose of being a drone carrier, and moderately specialized for this task.
I agree with Dr Happy on the general stats, but lets take it farther:
Gallente:
2 high (2 turret)
4 med
4 lo
4k drone space (Gall are best with drones)
800 cargo (because this will & should be good for mining also, but not TOO good).
+ship bonus for: drone #, drone damage
+standard Gall cruiser class bonuses
Caldari:
2 hi (1 turret/1 launcher)
6 med
2 lo
3k drone bay (Cal just dont seem to be into drones)
1500 cargo
+ship bonus for drone#, drone speed
+standard Cal cruiser class bonuses
Minmatar:
2 hi (1 turret/1 launcher)
5 med
3 lo
3k drone bay
1500 cargo
+ship bonus for drone#, drone range
+standard Min cruiser class bonuses
Amarr: (mirrors the Gal, but not quite as good)
2 hi (2 turret)
3 med
5 lo
3.5k drone bay
1000 cargo
+ship bonus for drone#, drone damage
+standard Amarr cruiser class bonuses
...as a tradeoff to this general design above, ships would gain a bit faster base speed, but instead use an average of ~500 cargo (gall 500, caldari 700, min 600, amarr 400), keeping in mind the # of lo slots available for potential cargo xpander use.
