I am having problems with the Duo of Death,
I am in a Raven and cant tank the 2 Megathrones for long enough to kill even one of them.
I am hitting them with Jugg torps and the shields go very fast.
But the Armor is being repaired to fast.
What do i need to do to use so i can stay in long enough to kill them one at a time.
The sentries are dead already.
If i could get range then NP but they are right on top of you as you warp in.

Not that tough, hehe i wish.
You only get 4 tech3 sentries and 2 Megas,
They are both 2.75mill ships and they kick ass Hard |

Thanks guys, I have done it now with inferno torps, I still had to warp out and recharge sheilds.
On my first try i got out with 15% HULL left
A bit close fo my liking.

2 empty
Med
2x Tech 2 sheild boosters
1x Sheild amp
1x EM, Kinetic, Heat.
Low
2x Tech2 dig
1x cap charger.
Dont remember the other
2x Balistic.
Something like that i think.
Not sure what cap/Power i have left
I have about 15mil skill points so should be better than i am, but i have not set up my Raven very well yet.
All other lvl4 missions SO Far i have not had a problem with, but i do say No to some i know are hard.
I would really like to be able to stay a bit longer and fight it out.
Is that possible??
Do i need to spend 300mil on equip to do it !! |

I did not put my skills as i should be better than i am at this.
All i will say is that i have over 20mil skill points and lvl4 skill for the BS, All main skills are lvl4-5.
I dont like to run the XL booster as i find it runs the cap down a Lot faster than the two tech 2 Large ones do.
I run one from about 50% sheild left and start the second when i feel i need it and turn it off as soon as i can.
With this mission i had them Both running and still could not tank for very long.
Not even long enough to kill the sentries.

The 2 bs's are megas and they use mwd so i cant keep them at a range of more than 10k and if i try to lure them away they can still stay with me.
Yes you are right i was not happy with the setup for my low slots, always thought it should be better.
Still i did do it in the end. (after getting out one time with about 15% hull left) |

As is normal i have not had this mission again,
So will have to wait till i can try it out.
