I'm often away from home, in remote areas, for extended lengths of time, with limited internet access (spotty cell coverage).
Are there any plans to allow us to manage our skill queues from EVE Gate? This would be a complete win-win for me, and I'd never have to worry again about the queue running out and not being able to do a damned thing about it. What God Wants, God Gets, God Help Us All |

Nope. No plans. CCP has stated that they want players to log on to the game, and managing the skill queue is kept in game for that reason.
Many people have reported success with setting up a VPN on their home machine and using remote desktop to log in (yes, even from a phone) to change skills/market orders. I haven't tried it but I've certainly been tempted. |

Hmm. From an iPhone or an Android phone?
If anyone has a link to a video or tutorial, I would very much be interested in seeing this done. This would be an acceptable option.

As an aside, CCP could monetize a skill queue management feature on EVE Gate. $50 per year per account would allow you to manage the skill queue from a browser.

Actually CCP did say that they had looked into the idea of extending EVE Gate functionality to allow for this but it was a more distant style "some day" reference.

Yes, we intend to put skill queue functionality and many other in-game features onto EVE Gate. |
