I just was wondering, and try to understand this sig, of thoughs ppl who whining about this "nerfing". And I have several question to them. Please answer on them shortly, just Yes or No. Here we go: 1.Fixing range mods on ammo/crystals - is it nerf? 2.Fixing Surgical Stricke skill - is it nerf? 3.Fixing small-medium-large turrets skill stack - nerf? 4.Fixing NPC pirates streath - nefr? 5.Fixing KINGofTURRETS (425mm'Scout'Artilery) - nerf? 6.Fixing bonuses on weapons upgrades for energy and projectile turrets - nerf?
P.S.: sorry for my English, it is not my native language.

Nah, none of this is nerf.
Jettison has been nerfed, instadock has probably been (since we can't know if this is a bug or not) ... It's just when CCP has reacted to something they identified as being a problem, and tried to stop it by diminishing or weakening a feature of the game. The criminality of nerfing is every nerf is killing a little bit the initial design of the game.

I didn't actually adopt the nerf bat sig, but I stood firmly behind the idea of what it was supposed to be, and it didn't have anything to do with weapons being nerfed, as they weren't, and as the creator of the sig himself has tried to explained several times. People just don't listen well ;)
And no this is not me trying to jump anyone, I don't do that kind of thing.
About the cargo jettison, check: http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=17662

"1.Fixing range mods on ammo/crystals - is it nerf?"
Bugfix, should have been implemented long before.
"2.Fixing Surgical Stricke skill - is it nerf?"
Bugfix, should have been emergency patched. Wonder how many people lost their ships due to this bug.
"3.Fixing small-medium-large turrets skill stack - nerf?"
Bugfix.
"4.Fixing NPC pirates streath - nefr?"
Nerf. They are not really stronger. But yes, they nerfed NPC hunting, loot tables suck so much I can't believe it sometimes what is dropped by 30k/40k pirates. They also nerfed the ISK gain on the pirates (takes a bit longer to kill them). And they also nerfed the security gain on pirates.
NERF! NERF! NERF!
"5.Fixing KINGofTURRETS (425mm'Scout'Artilery) - nerf?"
Nerf. The gun was okay.
Never blasted someone away with it like your freaking Armageddon battleships did is with my Thorax and m0os battleships. Maybe nerf (oh sorry, in your language it's fixing) the Armageddon then?
"6.Fixing bonuses on weapons upgrades for energy and projectile turrets - nerf?"
Bugfix.
So you mentioned 4 bugfixes and 2 nerfs.
