I been part of this group for over 2 years now. Allthough I am the only one left from the orginal crew I have to say we have not yet sidestepped from the path of true freelancing. 2 Years now we been around and we are still around. This group of ours consist of a large variety of pod pilots whom values individual freedom. There have been many faces that come and gone but even though they might leave the group they still continue and be part of our small community, we are for most of the times mature players whom just like to share their experiences and endevours with likeminded people. We are always in a lookout for likeminded individuals. Dont be scared to drop in and just hang out with us in "Freelancing" channel we have alot of people in there whom joined that chatroom and just chose to stay were they are corpwise but take part of our little community which is "Freelancing" chatroom.
Hope to see a combination of old and new faces there soon.

Hey guys...couple of questions:
Do you have a good number of US players?
When does your corp channel tend to be most active?
Does anyone conduct deep space mining ops I could join?
Thanks :)

Hi Ash
We're mostly European based, but I think we've got 10-20 US based players. Not sure though.
During working days the corp channel is most active in the evening evetime, as far as I know. You're never alone though, there's always somebody around because we've got members from a lot of countries. During weekends it's busy allday round.
deep space mining ops?. good question. We've got active miners in the corp, but I have no idea where they do their mining. (this shows that if you're looking for a structured and organized corp you're in the wrong place now, lol) I'm sure that if you want to start those there will be members willing to join you.
Show up in channel Freelancing to get some more feedback and answers to your questions.

LOLLOLLOL, this is so true! But we are a great group of people to be with, and those that hav left us are always happy to return or miss us greatly. Also lots of friends of our corporation are in FREELANCING channel, just like a few spies (donno what they want tho, nothing to spy on us about just ask!)

Hey, look what I found - a corp recruitment thread languishing on page 8 That won't do at all.
Looking for something to do during those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer? If you like doing what you want in Eve without your corp breathing down your neck and making demands on your time and/or hard won ISK, why not do it the Freelancing way

Edited by: Syrec on 30/07/2005 17:18:02 Hi. Just to make sure, there is no corp tax or fees at all? I also wanted to know if you get a lot of war declares on the corp, or if people pretty much get along with you freelancers. I've been in newbie corp for a while (1 year) on this char. because I like to do my own thing. Maybe I'll stop by the channel tonight. I have some friends in the newbie corp, so maybe they would come also.

Hi Syrec - there's no tax or fees in Freelancing, you get to keep every Kredit you make all for yourself
There is the occassional war dec, like you'd get with any corp, but they're not exactly a regular feature of life in Freelancing Corp. We have a few pilots who happily volunteer to go out fighting at these times (Lancers) in order to keep the heat off the rest of the corp (and we do a pretty reasonable job I think). So the handful of wars that have been declared on us in the past have had pretty limited effect on people's usual business. By and large we're inclined to forge friendly relationships with other corps rather than make enemies.

This might just be the Corp for me. I like to do my own thing, which is mining as of now. As I have only been playing for a few days, that may change, who knows. I'll be dropping you guys a line when I am in game.

I am still in a lookout for miners interested in having a consistant buyer for their ore. This will be an ideal setup for those whom ore sales are thier main income. Please send me an Eve-mail if your interested. Doesnt matter if your a single miner or in a group if your interested in selling ore I want to talk with you.

Jamie pays rather well for his ore so those of you who are mining and prefer to sell the ore due to lack of refining skills would benefit well to his offer. Its a steady income due to his large demand of ore. If this is your main income you would do well to contact him.

Race, gender or age is never an issue with us. As you might have noticed my husband Paul is an Intaki and I am a Caldari. We have friends whom are Amarrians and Minmatars. We have all from senior pod pilots to newly graduates. All are a welcome addition to our group. As long as you abide by out three main rules. No Scamming, No Thievery and No Piracy we should get along just fine.

just a friendly bump from a long time member and friend to flc. I starte out in freelancing 2 years ago i left for a bit to help some friends with their alliance wars and decided to come back and the flc welcomed me back with open arms. freelancers are about the friendliest group of people i have encountered in game. true we arent a really organized corp like some of the mega corps but we make it up for a more personal touch..
