Due to a large number of corporations work with our enemies, stain empire is forced to implement a non blue = KOS policy within Period Basis. If you and youre corporation are resident in Period Basis and wish to remain neutral you should contact myself or Khaerie in game asap. Any corporation that assist the enemy in any way will be set to KOS indefinatly and suffer their fate. Those know to already be assisting are not eligible.
This is not a war vs Period Basis just those terrorist forces infesting it.
Again to clarify, if you wish to remain neutral and unharmed I suggest you contact us in game asap.

Who would that be ?
Afaik you've got FIX in quoerious, BoB in Delve, and that's about it except for that group that wanted to settle in period basis and failed.

Since when does Stain have any claims on Period Basis.
You guys cant even control your own area's in Stain and Esoteria, you have no need to be in Period Basis. Oh that right its the holdouts from the old CFS that decided to move there.
Maybe you should pick one region to be in and defend that one well , rather than picking 3-4 regions to so call claim and defend them poorly.

but I am obviously missing something here.
Why do I need to apply to Stain to stop them from attacking me in my home system?
Should I also apply to AF, XETIC, BoB, Imperium etc etc
and ask them not to shoot me?
Get real. If Stain show up in Period then its defend yourselves first and worry about getting permission to be at home second.

While your propoganda is admirable, if not expected, good sir, you'll note that DMGI and RUBRA are not terrorists as we are recognized on the political map as rightful owners of a Region of Space. One of the reasons that we formed and settled into Period Basis was specifically to declare war on Stain Empire for reasons which I will not delve into. (If any Stain member wishes to know, please have your director contact me)
It is true that we have placed a 0% tax and 1isk rental fee on our stations in Period Basis. It is also true that we are encouraging industrialists and wet behind the ears 0.0 pod pilots to settle in the area. However, one of the conditions of those residents settling in the area is that we are at war with Stain Empire, and while we don't expect them to fight (they may if they want to, and we are willing to do some limited teaching) - Stain is to be considered hostile.
So I must applaud your attempts to subvert or threaten those who we are moving into the area... except for the fact we've already taken this bullet out of your gun.

such big words from a DMGI , if i remember right on the first night when stain marched on tpar and took the station you guys asked if we need any help in getting it and stance your friendly intention to stain. hypocrites if you ask me :)

Sulfon, when I offered for DMGI to take the station from Stain, we were still a part of the Fountain Alliance and I was still a member of the "Emergency Council" (which for those playing the home game, is the name for those people who sit on a "Martial Law" decision making council for the Fountain Alliance). As such, offering to take the station off of Stains hands was 100% in line with the politics of the organization DMGI was still attached to.
We did leave Fountain shortly after this incident, but DMGI was not going to declare war on Stain until we had officially posted our Seperation from the Fountain Alliance. Unlike other entities, we understand that the actions we do when flying under a flag that represents other people and other political agenda's affect them - and we respected Fountain's political wishes until the time that we posted our seperation from them.

and all the pirates using stain space to try and gank fix you guys need to put your own house in order before you start casting dispersion on other regions of space

In my honest opinion we in Stain needed these little flys to buzz around the beasts head.
We have stirred, the little corps that have attempted to menace our great empire have felt our wrath. And despite their attempts, the blood shed will continue...
For you are now more than an enemy... You are our example, and your scalps will hang from tpar-g station to remind all who will challenge us.
P.S Word of advice to anyone who is planning on coming down to PB (wet behind the ears or otherwise) set your clone to empire... Once we have raped you of all your ships, 40 jumps thru BOB/FIX gate camps in a pod aint much fun...

That is why we are in Period Basis we will defend our space and citizens from your'e attacks. Too long has Period Basis been a safe haven for you to run to and hide. Again our attack is specifically at Smash, DMGI and their allies. We hold no grudge against the people of Period Basis nor do we ever intend to claim Period Basis. As to why you will be shot if you dont contact SE. simple, there have been far to many incidents of neutrals engaging us. This simplfies it for us. But those who are truely not interested in the war and wish to be left alone may seek solice by contacting us, thats all. If you dont like us there and dont like what we are doing, feel free to join them but you will be KOS as we are not going to sit there whilst you shoot.

Some 60-70 ships fleet tried to get down to PB the other day (through Delve), only a handful made it past us, after loggin off, loggin backon the next day. Just a word of warning

THis man knows not what he is talking about. The route to TPAR is clear threw delve region. There have been no ships destroyed no pods destroyed.. So with this feel free to move more POS equipment threw.
