I wanted to see if anyone else has funny experiences/WTF moments that they brought to themselves over dumbness. Figure I start it off with one I did. -- Bought a Widow when it first came out and decided to just roll down to null sec without scout [hur hur] needless to say I don't have it anymore. Not too sure what I was thinking about that moment. Needless to say it was pretty dumb. Now I know I'm not the only one in EVE that did something dumb, have the guts share your moments of dumbness

I've left haulers afk in belts for so long that even the frigate rats kill them and leave me in my pod. Dumbest thing that someone else owning this character has done in EVE? I once left my alt on a gate in nullsec for nearly 2 hours, I only remembered about him when I heard the screeching low armor warning, turns out the gate rats started to dislike my presence :D. I lived tho, still pretty ******. wh thru null \| Solo/Small Gang PvP**

I was stupid enough to put the ship (500mil worth), a couple PI mods, and a whole ****-ton of other assorted modules into the cargohold of a badger II Needless to say there was a Tornado gate camp waiting for me on the other side of Jita. I never forgave myself for that.

I hit dscan on the toon in high sec and spotted an orca in a belt not realizing which client I was on. My alt's drake didn't last very long. This actually happened on more then one occasion as I used to always be VERY intoxicated while playing eve.

Then, a month later autopiloted same tengu through Gallente space...I haven't used autopilot since. Another time, I went out looking for a place to sell a bunch of unused faction/complex gear and high value mission loot...and proceeded to jump into torrinos. Let's just say T1 Hauler, lots'a goodies, bad part of town, you get the picture.

So we worp to the lvl 4 mision, i got there first, i got all agro, i forgot to turn on anything except for the guns...and i was pinned down and could not get out. Panic attack, heart rate trough the roof, adrenalin rush while i was looking at my structure going down...all this because i forgot a little thing...like turning on hardners:) ...i played all that month and salvage after the guy to afford to pay it back. (back then plex were like 300 mils:) That is why i love even now the salvaging buisness. later. second one payed 900 mils for a damage control II that shoud have been 900 k . third light up a cyno in a trap that sprang just as 3 carrier juped in from my cyno...all 3 charier plus the one they were trying to save died:( and a lot of other small things i cannot remember..now
