How do you PvPers who fight the big alliances actually make the cash to support your PvP habit????

We #1) rat like crazy
#2) Have insurance
#3) Sell/use the Loot from ships we blow up
#4) Have a rich corp
#5) Officer spawns
#6) Melt loot from ratting to build more ships
There are other ways but thats the gist of it.
I personally have built 8 battleships from rat droppings then sell them.

Maybe 2 or 3 days a month go on a high end roid rapage spree, fill the wallet with a few hundred mill which see's you through the month.
As a "career choice" PvP is not very profitable at all, you lose a lot of ships (i don't care how good you are, you do lose ships) which need replacing along with all the expensive mods you have fitted. Watching a PvP corp's mining op is a pretty crazy thing.

A few i know use a website with 'bay' and 'e' in a different order to buy isk.
Expensive habit imo

dont forget that some people have alts that dig empire belts 11/7 or manufacture raw stuff in empire.

I mine Veld and scordite in my probe with my 2 cu-vaps, dont have enough cpu for miner 2s :(
I also moonlight as a Doorman at club FIX as the BNC/RKK guys cant handle there beer esecially that BNC ceo guy blackknight/lite/white ahh hell i cant remember all look same to me.

FOE pays for our equip. recently, CEI wanted to take up that nice sponsorship line, but we eventually had to reject them, 'coz they didnt want to lose enuff ships.
so now its foe haulers again that bring us the lewt. mm pretty shiny things.

I fly around in a 6 point stiletto and kill indys. You can actually make decent isk doing it if you carefull.

The stuff we've looted off their industrials and agent runners and then resold (y helo thar, yulai market) has given us enough cash to keep the war going for the next six months, if we wished.

Looks like it might be time for a FIX vs BNC drink off! I know the owners of that FIX club and they love BNC's patronage, no-one else spends as much behind the bar
On a serious note you'd be surprised who you guys in empire buy some of your T2 mods and ships from and whose war effort you are funding in the process
The once every 6-8 week mining ops of some of the (almost) fulltime pvp corps are indeed something to behold, 5 bill isk of Zydrine in one weekend will keep a corp of 150 people pretty active for quite a while when added to all the supplementary income
