How can i do Concord Missions? i've got security status lvl 5 now and still no agents are available for me?

You can't do missions for CONCORD. Period.

Reason is cuz your concord standing is your security standing and running missions for them would in turn give you your uber security status.
They used to be open a long time ago before CCP knew of this slight oversight and many ran uber amounts of concord missions to abusive lvls thus CCP pulled all access to concord agents to everyone.
They aint gotta way to discern concord standings from security standings(status)

At some stage there was talks about letting one run missions for concord, and this was gonna be the only way to raise sec. standing above 5.0

you can't run missions for concord cuz all hell would break loose when those faction ships become obtainable

I used to run missions for DED, the police force of Concord. It had a one of a kind charm and I felt privileged working for them instead of the regular joe sixpack corporation.
Not sure why we're not allowed to do missions for them anymore. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that some players were able to join Concord, the npc corp, after getting a high enough standing and that may have caused some confusion. Not sure.
Edit. Just read X'Alor's reply. That makes sense.

I remember a Dev saying that the Concord agents would probably not be issuing any missions ever. When agents first started issuing missions they were available but were withdrawn a few months later.
