I have had great fun with my name and get a lot of compliments. Tried a few names when i started 10 months ago:
Daddy: Taken
Your Daddy: Taken
Dad: Taken

So where'd you get you cats name from then?!?
Btw; if you cancell your subscription without deleting you charcter it'll remain there for a long while - mine lasted a year after closing my account, so who knows how long it can stay there.

LOL... can't remember now. I've always had a thing for juniper trees ever since I was a little girl. It was natural that my cat be named after it, and equally natural that it extend onto EVE.
And as far as I know, EVE accounts are never deleted (except maybe the trial ones, and even then not until about 6 months later). Also, your training will continue even after the money runs out - though you can't obviously log in to change it. Battleship V anyone?

i REALLY hate mine. i dont know why i chose it two years ago...these where other times, i guess...i only played for 2 months in 2003, then i restarted playing in february 2005, but didn't consider to start a new character until i had so many skillpoints it would've hurt to throw that char away...now i am more than willing to invest (real) money to have my name changed...to bad this feature wasnt implemented in the "My Account" section as planned  |

I had considered a Zaphod character, but then after seeing that there are 25 people named Zaphod something. And there are two Arthur Dents. There are 25 Ford's, including the Ford Prefect, and the Ford Perfect. There's even one fella named "Douglas Adams."
I rather like my name. It was a name I live roleplayed from a young age, as a shadowy mage-like character who had supernatural powers.
