about 1 months now I search again for the name Messerschmitt and I saw that it was a character created 2 months ago while I have played for over 9. Was a bit disapointed that because of that guy that quited I couldnt have the simplified form

The best name in the game by a meeelion miles has to be "Princess Beefcurtains" - I wet myself everytime I see it on local
I wanted to go with a good roleplaying type name - I think that many people who choose a joke name often end up regretting it when they get more into the game as its hard to get into a ropleplay frame of mind and/or take it seriously when your name is a joke.
Also anything which contains "1337 speak" has to be questionable.

I just kept it simple.
Played quake for too long, i was one of those guys that came up with a different allais to avoid detection on public servers most nights.. aka i played on minos where you only actualy had about 5-6 guys that dare use there real names....
Being as i knew i was going to be stuck with it.. old school allais i used to use like 'menthol moose' 'starship sister' 'the krusty burgler' and 'simplicy girl' just wern't an option

I've actually used this character name in several online games over the years, and was thinking of using something different when EVE went live.
So, I had planned on taking the name of a female character who's the main character in one of my most favorite sci-fi book series. The character name was Sassinak.
I was slightly annoyed it had been taken, but didn't grudge a fellow fan of the series having beat me to the draw so I decided to go with the secondary character from the same series, Lunzie, but alas....it was not to be. That name already had an owner too.
So in the end I decided not to pay homage to my favorite swashbucklers from the written page and just stick with what had worked up til then

LOL... can't remember now. I've always had a thing for juniper trees ever since I was a little girl. It was natural that my cat be named after it, and equally natural that it extend onto EVE.
And as far as I know, EVE accounts are never deleted (except maybe the trial ones, and even then not until about 6 months later). Also, your training will continue even after the money runs out - though you can't obviously log in to change it. Battleship V anyone?

Sometimes I think it may be better without the capital "o" but it makes it stand out, even though some people think its Bi0 (with a zero). - I was able to claim that name for my alt though

Personally I was supprised when I got my name and verry glad I got it. It's the name I've mainly used.

Name was taken however, and although in the past i have used Quist as a name (as far as i know doesn't mean anything in any language, which i liked) i wanted something different, so Meathook it was.
Tbh, although there are several Meat-something around these days, i could not believe this one was not taken. Some months later, somebody pointed out i must be a Monkey Island game fan, then i realised there is indeed a Meathook character there (i think it was the one with the chest tattoo that could actually talk). Besides that, funniest i have seen around must be Banana Split and Fasterthanjesus
