As I have told you MANY times before we did not do that! I even investigated it internally in PIE.
We do not use such tactics. People who do would be kicked from the corp.
So far you have not demonstrated a single piece of credible evidence to back the claim up either other than a bunch of weak circumstancial allegations.
I will tell you once again CATEGORICALLY that I (nor anyone else I know in PIE) placed an alt spy in your corp. We have a long standing dislike of alt spies and have NEVER used them (even though they have been used against us). We even kicked a person from the CVA after we found they had infiltrated a Minmatar terrorist corp.
Indeed in the past we have even informed our enemies when we have been offered information on them from disreputable sources.

Firstly - with regard this alt spy no one has admitted it and I have yet to see a single piece of evidence. All I see is your desperate efforts to discredit the CVA.
Secondly, it took your nine battleships several minutes after Siobhan had halted agression to actually kill her. The gang only warped in as the target Siobhan had hit was already warping out. Not all of the gang arrived at the same time and many did not open fire immediately.
Siobhan was already sitting on the station with 2 x accomodated repairers, 3 x hardeners and 2 x armor plate (+ armor boost implant) - 12,000 hardened armor - it was not an 'insta-gank'. Siobhan was prevented from docking not by aggression timer but by repeated convos from your gang members.
Maybe she should have blocked them in advance but tbh it was the first time ANYONE has ever used this lame tactic against her.
Anyway that was not the point of this thread.
The point of this thread was for Majaraw to WARN everyone in the area to expect such lame tactics from the corps listed above. The tactics have been admitted and justified by your members in this thread.
Therefore the warning is clearly JUSTIFIED.

In an OOC way MOST people in EVE know Siobhan and Hardin are the same person.
I can assure you CATEGORICALLY that a gang I (or Siobhan) has controlled has NEVER used a Legion member to gang warp to a Legion locations and that is 100% the truth.
Whatever happened in that incident was a coincidence but I can see you are so far gone in your paraniod conspiracy theory to believe that!
It is not the way I play this game and why I get so ****ed off with the lame arsed tactics your mob displays.
Spam this thread however you want but the FACT remains that Majaraw's original post stands and she was 100% justified in posting that warning for anyone flying in the area.

We have to agree to disagree over the alt-spy thing. I can guarantee that I had nothing to do with it and afaik no one else in PIE did either. You clearly dont believe that. Fair enough you are entitled to your opinion.
Likewise the Siobhan incident was an incident. In the context of this thread it doesn't matter.
What does matter is that Majaraw was 100% correct in posting the warning that she did. Your 'friends' are using these tactics and will use any method they can to be able to claim 'victory'
Well so be it. Everyone knows now. If that means that you don't find it so easy to kill someone else then so much the better.

Quite fair Waywatcher.
I will see if there is some log which shows me opened convos for that one incident when I can (which I can't at the moment).
It may be possible that a Priory member didn't participate even if they did take advantage by being in a gang which did.
Majaraw actually forgot to include Hells Mercenaries in the original list as they were also part of this unholy gang...

Thank you for this clarification SirSpectre. Can I add a few things however
1) It was more than one of your members attacking innocent haulers in Kheram.
2) We weren't in the slightest bit worried about you building a POS. What we were worried was the members mentioned above attacking everyone in sight and using extremely weak justifications for doing so.
3) We contacted the Stain Foreign Affairs Minister to advise him of the trouble one particular member of your corp was causing ONE DAY in advance of our actions against him. Unfortunately he was busy and did not see the communication otherwise this mess would have been avoided. This was in addition to several direct warnings to TSBS member who was taking liberties. This person basically threatened us with war against SE and used his alliance as a shield for his piracy.
4) We only took action against the TSBS after we had collected a massive amount of evidence showing they had attacked neutrals in our area - where we work to minimise piracy against CVA and neutrals. In fact we only attaced while they were in the process of killing another hauler in Kheram. In addition one of your members deliberately recruited a well known pirate in a move designed to annoy the CVA. This same member then spent time locking CVA members for no apparent reason.
5) After negotiations with SE this matter has hopefully been resolved. We are sorry it came to us having to shoot some of your members (although no one on your side was killed). Hopefully this incident can be put behind us. We have had good relations with SE until now so it is sad to see the actions of one or two rogue pilots put this at risk.
Now as for the other pirate flamers may I remind you that this thread was started to highlight the fact that you have been using convo tactics to gain kills, to warn people of this and to get them to block you.
Your own members have rather PROUDLY admitted to using such tactics. Therefore the reason for this thread is still valid. I cannot see why you are complaining about it. It is your actions that created this...
