I would never think i would take PIE's side in anything, but what he's saying is true. I dont have proof i dont care i say what i want, priory etc are using this sort of combat, used to think they where cool guys but stuff like this is lame.

Thank you for this clarification SirSpectre. Can I add a few things however
1) It was more than one of your members attacking innocent haulers in Kheram.
2) We weren't in the slightest bit worried about you building a POS. What we were worried was the members mentioned above attacking everyone in sight and using extremely weak justifications for doing so.
3) We contacted the Stain Foreign Affairs Minister to advise him of the trouble one particular member of your corp was causing ONE DAY in advance of our actions against him. Unfortunately he was busy and did not see the communication otherwise this mess would have been avoided. This was in addition to several direct warnings to TSBS member who was taking liberties. This person basically threatened us with war against SE and used his alliance as a shield for his piracy.
4) We only took action against the TSBS after we had collected a massive amount of evidence showing they had attacked neutrals in our area - where we work to minimise piracy against CVA and neutrals. In fact we only attaced while they were in the process of killing another hauler in Kheram. In addition one of your members deliberately recruited a well known pirate in a move designed to annoy the CVA. This same member then spent time locking CVA members for no apparent reason.
5) After negotiations with SE this matter has hopefully been resolved. We are sorry it came to us having to shoot some of your members (although no one on your side was killed). Hopefully this incident can be put behind us. We have had good relations with SE until now so it is sad to see the actions of one or two rogue pilots put this at risk.
Now as for the other pirate flamers may I remind you that this thread was started to highlight the fact that you have been using convo tactics to gain kills, to warn people of this and to get them to block you.
Your own members have rather PROUDLY admitted to using such tactics. Therefore the reason for this thread is still valid. I cannot see why you are complaining about it. It is your actions that created this...

I concur with that from what i've seen so far in combat.
Whats more is that this thread was merely intended to warn travellers in the area to block against incoming conversations. Whether or not the accused use this tactic is not something i know anything about, but there is no smoke without fire, as they say. The Prov corps have refuted the claims, CVA have put across their side, leaving it as what it is: A warning which people are free to listen to or ignore based on whichever side of the argument they believe. 
The point of the rest is? Oh yeah.. the ego thing..

I was the only person engaging - there were outher pilots in the area but i was the only person who was actually being hostile
-- my ROE were as followd
all npc corps = hostile
all negative sec r8 = hostile

where to start u attacked whilst we were attacking
- ok u locke me i warped off - then u enguaged aniouther member in my corp who was not flaged loseing u a ship to sentry fire no fire was directed to any 1 in CVA who have a nap with stain
- i can recruit who i like the person in hand is actually a realy good pvp player - most the short bus is made of of former pirats - how do u expect them to stop if they aint given the chance to do somthing else
- this player has not been locking cva members
CVA made a demand to me - saying that they would kill this person even thjo he is in stain and we have a nap and they will also hoot any 1 who defends him
I will not let members of TSBS be agressed and not do anything
TSBS is all about the players we live each outher and love each outher 1 for all - all for1 - play with 1 u play with all

these nogations were agreed to by myself on behalf of my corp - but this morning after saying we had 24 hours to leave 04. and below space - they wared to 1 of my members and locked him - this player then attacked - this is action wich i support
so out of 5 ships they used to attack 4 BS and 1 ceptor they lost 1 ceptor and had a BS in armour
PIE are bullys demanding people live by there rulz - NO WAY
u do not enguage us then make us kiss ****
PIE enguaged TSBS in hostile action even tho we have a nap with stain and came out with majour loss -
THis is all i have to say

Also i woul like to add by PIE members stateing that TSBS is using this convo method they are acting against not just as hostile ingame bt also trying to give us a bad reputation - NO member os TSBS has used this method to attack players - if this method was used in combat yesterday i do not know how it was orgnised no order was givein eith in chanel or in voice by any person involved
i would like to ask PIE to remove TSBS from the statment made at the opening of this thread - as that is what the thread is about
and by keeping us on that list they are lieing -
