This is the same old cry me a river post i've seen fifty times before. Adding more bpos would just make the t2 market as stupid as the t1, where i can buy items, recycle and resell the minerals for more then i bought the item because every idiot and his brother can produce them. And making t2 bpos a simple time sink is just as bad, it just might take a couple extra weeks before the market crash.
T2 is valuable because it's high end and limited, as it is supposed to be. It's very time consuming to gather inputs, train for, and produce. Prices will vary as the nerf bat swings.

Only a handful of all T2 bpos stay in 24/7 production, 80% sit and collect dust. If anything there are to many bpos already.
And to the people crying about not being able to be a T2 producer - you poor poor babies. Nothing is stopping you from trying to locate and buy T2 bpos to produce. Am i missing part of the game because i can't buy a caldari navy raven kitted with full officer weapons and gear to npc hunt in alliance territory without being attacked by players? The devs should just hand you poor little guys whatever you want.

It requires a lot of effort to use R&D agents in skill training and standing. And in any case the alternative would be turning it to some stupid lp system, where the 16 year olds who play 20 hours a day would take the huge majority of new bpos. That would be a disaster and really make cartels.
The R&D system is the last bastion of eve us casual gamers have left, and it's more fair then any other system for distributing items of limited number.

T2 bpos are only valuable because there are a limited number, so even if they changed to an lp system not every agent grinder playing 16 hours a day would be able to have one.
The bottom line is the people crying here about T2 bpos want the system shifted from a relatively fair system now to a system of agent grinding that favors them.

I put alot of time into research missions, and months of training into the skills to get my reward. Nothing is going to stop you from buying a T2 bpo. Crying on the boards because you wont invest the time to train or are not industrious enough to aquire some isn't going to help.

There's nothing wrong with single players having T2 bpos, it's actually one of the very few places freelancers can compete. The lottery should stay, it wouldn't be right to trash all the months of training and hours of playing us T2 producers have paid into getting our reward.
This thread is one gigantic whine and troll, it really needs to be locked now.

Who are you Nero to tell me tough, my work running missions should be tossed out? I trained hard, 3 months of gametime in science just for the skills i have... let alone the time to gain standing for research corps.
Now your jealous you didn't put in the work, and here i am a freelancer selling Harpys and Buzzards netting out a cool 1.5bil/month while i only play an hour or less a day to do research missions. And with 600k in Caldari Starship i think i have a better then average chance of stiking gold again.
So i say to you; you didn't put the work into getting a T2 bpo, so your out of luck. Tough, keep moaning and crying all you like.

I've been doing research nearly a year, and have rarely missed a mission.. witch is why i got a bpo. The 3 months is the training time for science and lab ops and caldari starship + others all to level 5 when i could have been training something else.
It was said many many months ago if they changed research they would consider like an LP system, and even then only a set number of bpos would be given. More recently it was said they plan on finishing the t2 releases fairly soon, so i don't see them doing any real changes when 90% of T2 is out.
More likely all this new region specific stuff is for the people who cried about the lottery. So your not looking smug, you just crying and looking like something else.
I should have already stopped posting here, this subject has been beaten over and over for the past year. So i'm done and hopefully i will remember not to post in the next thread.
