Following Supremacy and Black Reign departure from syndicate, Skull ex-ceo of BOS made very clear when he left that "SYNDICATE BELONGS TO BOS", and was to remain that way.
For those that didn't know, I would like them to read this, and for those that did know and might have forgotten, this post is a gentle reminder.
There should be nobody else in the area other than those that have had express permission from us (the 5 alliance).
There have been various people laying claim to this region, some officially and some unofficially.
If people wish to remain there and haven't already obtained permission from us, then can they please contact Red Lantern or KIATolon.

AFAIK ASS still claim GW, they are not in Syndicate and never were. You were jsut imagining it all.
Botox bandits still claim Curse.
Burn Eden still claims HED. Stain gave us hed so we left  . We also claim the Hemin corridor in Curse since nobody except our friend Killless of DOA goes there anymore.
We also recognise the [5]'s claim to all of Syndicate, as well as Fountain, Delve and PB.
Finally, we recognise Al Gore's claim that Bush cheated in the election.

Guess the principle is as long as you hold it by force you have territorial claims over the region
NWO will throw a lot of the tunnels into a different setup if NWO does what its meant to ie 10 empire access points into each region.
That will mean a) more gate camps to organise b) more ships attempting to get through - again good news for the 0.0 corps as it means more combat for their gate camper and combat wings c) a bit more voaltility - also good for PVP - the economic gains will go up more ppl in 0.0
Good for empire players they might get through more often. ALso will bring trade with em etc.

Synd is all the way on the other side of space and was originally sold to Coalition X and was beaten badly and pretty much pulled out 100%. I guess since they never made payment BOS and Co figure its theirs now. Only problem is alot of us living here atm.

Theres a war in the south? Funny I haven't noticed any "war" in some time, unless "war" = celest apoc camping the keb gate in hed, then running when anything comes. Hell, we've all left and are fighting FIX and G and IMP cause the south is so boring.

Thol was a great fleet commander for Supremacy but not the only one Supremacy has. We have a number of good fleet commanders and one or two great ones.
Logistics is being done by my fair hands and a small team of fellow corp members so dont under estimate us. I never realised Supremacy was a two man corp!!!!!!!
Yes we have lost members - perhaps we have trimmed the fat and now are slimmer and more efficient so take us on at your peril. We are ready to fight and I do mean fight not safespot/log off or blob up as our enemies seem to be doing more and more.
It does seem to be getting harder and harder to get a fight in EVE generally now

I see, that clears it up. The way it was worded made it sound like you thought Thol and Enslaver were "fat" that had to be trimmed.

BOS claim syndicate?
So less than 8 hours after BOS lay continuing claim to Syndicate, they loose 2 rifters and a crow to 2 raptors, within a minute.

Check the BOS kills and losses. Kills before 29-04-2005, shouldnt be included due to this being before Solstice et al, went into JQV and MK7.
Since then Coalition X has been removed from the space they were handed by Supremacy and BOS. Coalition X were not able to make their first installment of the 3bil (possibly 2bil, but iirc 3bil) They were buying the space for, which they had to pay over 3 months.
The corps currently working to secure JQV5-9 constellation are going by the name of LSD - Lower Syndicate Dominion.

i havent been playin much lately so kinda outta the loop, but bba r now claiming curse, atuks region, 3 former xetic regions and now syndicate? ur great fighters and all but logistically that isnt goin to be possible. if a war breaks out in the south, syndicate will easily fall from your hands(if u achieve to gain it). and if ur fighting a war on both fronts your wayyy to overextended(im talking a real war not xetic).
tho i guess if everything hits the fan u could do like bob did, mine a ****load while losing regions, then move away and say u got bored:)

LMAO Sorry can not help laughing at this statement that last time i was in syn area it was almost impossible to find a Solstice Inc pilot, unless i had to dock in a station or i had my scan probes out and thats when the numbeers are equal or SONIC have a few more than us.

Correct me if i am mistaken, but the last time BOS was in syndicate in force, was when Supremacy (the actuall PVP force) was there also, sure you guys are a good pvp force, but you live far too much in the glow of your friends.

So the result of this thread - lots of smack, and BOS concreting their status of "owning" syndicate. as they send a very heavy frig fleet down to remove anyone possibly residing in their space.
FYI the frig fleet was not engaged, a response was put together and they had allready headed bk out. Most ppl down here dont have the patience to chase around frig fleets, that will just spam local with mindless smack, about 5 frigs killing a BS, which was a little slow to move off the gate.
So as to avoid reprecusions towards my corp, this is simply my opinion, and not necessairly the view of my corp

RichThugster you really dont have a clue do you. BOS had the top kill per player ratio in CA. The fact that we are alot smaller than the rest of "The Five" does not make us any less of a treat. But if we feel the need to ask for help from some of the other corps we will, and if they are on a road trip and fancy calling in, we will make them welcome, while you lot space spot.
We know that you have lacked the ability to defend an area effective, that why you when crying to Xetic last time and still you got wtfpwned.
The comment i made about the other corps of "The Five" coming to syn is a simple fact that we know you will try out out blob us but then you tried that before and when we both came the first time and it was a good idea (give Supremcy and BOS more kills).
And i remember your frigates fleets, twice trying to kill a lone apoc on the gate, shame it had smartbombs and you lost over 15 ships and pods on each occasion, the screams of laughter on TS was deafening.

no we didnt call in xetic. JQA called in supremacy. We are LSD. Whilst JQA lost a lot of BS to u guys, the reason we used frigs was cus supremacy were here to boost their BS kills. The number of BS xJQA ppl pulled out was large. We took frig fleets out to avoid loosing BS, not because we had no BS

Call me slow, but when you lose 20 or so good pvpers and quite possibly the best Fleet Commander in game I would not call that "trimming the fat" or "getting stronger". fair enuf, but to be completly truthful, Id rather fly under Suprm's current Fleet commander than thol, thol is a great commander, but hes not the only great commander. And we did do alot of trimming, but that was after said peeps left to ATUK, and we have got quite a few (sp?) characters since you where last, and quite a few of Suprm's l337 pvp'ers stayed w/ us. And Id like to think that we are a leaner force now, theres not so many conflicting ego's, just one ego w/ some support. So it all worked out fine. and afaik, none of the [5] think we are weak, or weaker, Im sur eyou of all people should know that you adapt or die, well if you check the [5] kill board you will see that we are quite active, and we are active w/out needing the support of the other corps (although they are great, Suprm can stand on its own). Dont get me wrong, I love flying w/ alot of the other [5], and some I would even venture to say I would hate to live w/out, but they are by no means "needed" for Suprm's survival. There are quite a few commanders I would place up to thol's lvl, and we have a few in suprm, and each of the [5] has there own (some more than others), and now ive had the privelage to fly under alot of them, and am loving it. But again, nothing Suprm would die if they didnt have.

I am surprised that people claimed Syndicate successfully. This region is by far the weirdest one yet. Every system seems to have more than 5 jumpgates and npc stations all over the place, non 0.0 regions almost surronding syndicate and lots of ways into the region. It's pirate heaven and alliance hell by the looks of it.

No offense but this claim is bull****, BOS tried to claim it couple of weeks ago ( U4-Q2V ) in particular, if i remember correctly you lost alot more then we did :)
Nice fleet of T1 frigates though :)
Meppa, Zendolphin, KIATolon nice rifter pilots < Sarcasum
And id like to finish by saying, KIATolon is currently sitting in a station in a rifter cause he got a little bit frightened of us :)

Some mad man would be yelling gank the devils indy man get the indy!!!! Well we're looking to Thor now - and thats another guy we'd follow into the gates of hell. I still wanna find out what the devil has in his indy...
With targets getting thin on the ground elsewhere, we've moved on to play with new peeps in alittle place Skull liked. Could have been anywhere - turned out to be syndicate. So we're going on vaction to play with others. Unfortunately don't play well with others =(

Actually, if you're mentioning that nice littl' incident in U4-, I'd like to refresh your memory. KIA and me undocked in ravens and 2 of our corpmates were in ceptor and AF. We took down your deimos, megathron, ferox and inty before we lost our BS's. We were still outnumbered but we fighted you. If you want evidences, mail me - as soon as I get back home from office, I'll send you killmails.

3 or 4 days later KSC and TFC guys reported several hostiles in zv-72 system. After that hostile Raven, Scorpion, Thorax and some 2 ceptors jumped in u4-. After that we warped to the gate and took down both BSs and Thorax cruiser without any losses from our side. Me personaly has killmail of scorp pilot which I can send to anyone as an evidence.

BOS has stated it's claim.. and LSD has countered it.. who won each particular battle doesnt matter, since both sides will consider themselves "having the upper hand" (an assumption by me on behalf of LSD based on their previous posts) as BOS do.. as long as we both are enjoying the fights.. who cares..

The old jqa alliance was the best enemy ive had, they did defend their space like no other,when i saw this post about bos claiming it , it just didnt feel right the old jqa desrves to be there and for my part i wanna clean out bos, but the rest of the corp just wants to kill everything like always

Lower Syndicate is alive and kicking once more after a 4 months slow spell (since the end of the JQA war)
As a concerned citizen of Syndicate, I have been trying to gather info on what really is going on. A few contacts have filled me in on some things and flying throug the various gate camps is always informative.
As it stands, we have 6 teams dukeing it out in lowere syndicate. Each of theese factions is shooting at each other faction, which makes for a verry exciting arena. And all this action is taking place over at max 10-15 solar systems.
When Syndicate is active, its can be quite the fun stirring pot.
Pink team
TFC + Friends (want to mine crok and run 3-4 POS in peace, claim system 98Q)
BOS (Want to mine crok, residing in system IOAB, claim the JQ/MK constellation)
[5] ? (Not sure if they are backing BOS up on this one)
Blind Vengeance (Mercs hired agains SOINC)
RIP (Mercs hired agains SOINC)
3rd front alliance (live in a cul-de-sac of of system PC9 and claim that area)
Remnants of coalition X people (ninja mining, npc hunting)
Blue team
SOINC+friends (calling the coalition LSD, want to kill TFC and all its friends and allies, live in JQV)
Brown team
Armoured assasins (pirates, live in Y9G)
Red team
DNA (pirates, live on the M2-Reb rout)
Green team
Imp (here to kill BOS I guess, they claim both upper and lower Syndicate which includes all other claimed areas in Syndicate)
Orange team
Teddys/Tundrag/Wolfes/Bone collectors (pirates, in the PF/MHC/Harrule area)
Needless to say, Syndicate is a warzone and people that cant stand the heat are better off somewhere else.

I cant Say ive seen a single BOS member throughout Syndicate. Neither a 5 member.
And im around there quite abit.
Sydicate like Pure Blind is inhabited by pirate skum like me, it cannot be tamed by any alliance as the region repeatedly changes hand. Damn even ive run PF alone once or twice during the quiet times hehehe
Imp, tundragons and teddies altho large and clumsey corps\alliance do by my books run the main choke points.
I cant personally see anyone running the region except if you call the little deadend areas where carebears mine, there called 3rd front right?
Anyway id like to validate BOS's claim to the region but as of yet im confussed as to this post.

I took a little trip down to syndicate last night, and the only thing i can say about it, was its still as boring as when I left it. There is hardly anybody around. And the peeps that are around claimed in local to not have any guns fitted and wouldnt 1vs1, or some raptor that just stayed on the empire gate and jumped in once, then fled back into empire, and like 8 wcs geddeons. And I spent a few hours there, what a time sink , If you get kills out there Leno it must be all the n00bs who dont fit weapons on there ships, I did see a teddy bear once tho. I just didnt see all the "action" thats suppossed to be going on up there

What part of Syndicate did you go to? upper or lower? what time of day? Check out our killboard, we were killing people up till pretty late last night. As for myself as you can see, i made a lil trip down to HLW with some friends

wtf r talking about, you wouldnt see epo in local, cause hes in another part of the galaxy. And I wasnt around for the so called "frig station trapping", and I didnt see any VOTF in syn last night. I saw a Rona Tech2 indy, that is all.
Btw leno, i went into iirc, and patroled through pf- several times, saw nothing, spent like 3 hours there, was the most boring night ive had in quite some time, if you guys think thats busy, you should check out the hed area sometime. I couldnt wrastle up a fart from a exlax toten old man last night to save my life.
