Ok on UK TV the latest craze is the crazy from started from an old CGI online vid from like 2000
Around Xmas there was a TV advert on alot starring this frog for online car insurance.
Now theres some crappy music for it (beverly hill cop tune + what this frog says) for friggin ringtones.
..........AND its on ALL the time on EVERY channel 
Are these ringtone tv adverts just spammed in UK TV or you get them in other countries? and yes its annoying as hell.

we get the same crap here in the states, but because of our capitalist ways, it is on atleast a thousand times more each day, on all 900 of our channels. I hate advertising.

The crazy frog is ****, the only thing that could possibly be worse is a DJ dropping the remix (axel?) in the middle of his set. I think i would have to do serious harm to anyone who did that.

I think the company Jamba is German, Jamster is the name in English-speaking countries.
I'm pretty sure there's other businesses involved in some greater conspiracy, maybe to make the world more dependant on psychoactive drugs...

It's getting beyond a joke here in the UK. I guess that the jamster:normal advert ratio is currently holding steady at about 1:5 on the main advertising revenue funded channels. My girlfriend has been watching UKHistory to escape it all and she hates history tv progs.

lol i actually used to find this sound funny... that was when it was a pic of f1 car with that music in background, u had to stare at it for 30secs without laughing...
now it annoys the total **** out of me

Luckily I got annoyed by TV in general long before this advert started to infest it, but I've heard it before, in internet-banner-ad form.
Internet ads that play music are annoying enough, but this one... ugh. I saw it once, for 10 seconds (most of which was spent in stunned silence), and I have to say, it was the single most irritating thing I have ever seen. EVER.
It's like someone purposefully made it that irritating. Like, instead of virtue of the quality of their product or their ability to convince the consumer that they have a quality product, they just try to be as annoying as possible so that the consumer will at least remember them.
Now I close whatever site I was looking at if I glimpse that ad. I don't care what site it is, NOTHING is worth enduring that.
Plus, that chicken just looks freeky, like it's on ***** or something.

The first frog one was unbearable, the remix has been known to make me violent, its the most annoying thing ever made. The other **** like that crap chick and the dragon that sounds the ******* same is enough to make me want to punch the guy who made them.
Also, i heard sumone who had it as their ringtone on the train , and i moved carriage,,,,,

Rightà This is what you doà inform everyone you know not to buy from them and let them know there are ring tone software tools out there. Teach them about USB cables that can upload ringtones. Tell everyone you know with a cell phone and make them tell their friends.

I got rid of both MTV and TMF for being crappy channels anyway. theyve only got Rap Music and those annoying commercials these days anyway.

Yeah im really getting fed up of the adverts that invest tv - so happy the BBC is free of adverts.
Sky one in terrible for loan/personal injury/morgage/ring tone and car insurance adverts. least its funny watching the advert for personal injury always see someone falling off a ladder or summin makes me laugh anyway.

You think that is bad, when i was in kazakhstan we had an even more annoying ringtone.
The advert on television consisted of two monkeys dancing around (cartoon monkeys). The ringtone was made entirely of their farts whilst they danced. Then, the smaller of the two monkeys puts a lighter behind the bigger monkey and he gets fart propelled into a wall, the sound of which is in the ringtone.
And yes, i thought those adverts would have stopped by the time i got back.

Just to make u jealous... I was in europe the other week and one advert was of a naked woman, in a shower 2/3rds full with fish swimming around in it....Amazingly you could see every bit of her and it was about 20 secs long. I never wanted to be a fish before i saw that advert, and even now im certain that i could watch it time and again
