Just got back to the game and would like to try something fresh and new to me so minmatar ships it is.
I don't want to hear anything about alternative ships or how great/terrible the stabber is etc, I would just like some examples of fits and feedback upon those fits.

Stabber: Dual LSE
Highs: 220mm Vulcan Autocannon II x4 Small Energy Neutralizer II x2
Mids: Experimental 10mn Microwarpdrive I Warp Disrutor II Large Shield Extender II x2 (meta 4 if the t2 won't fit)
Lows: Damage Control II Gyrostabilizer II x2 Tracking Enhancer II
Rigs: Medium Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer I Medium Core Defense Field Extender I x2
Ehp sits at about 20k. Main idea is to keep range and never let them land a scram or web, if they do, you're done. Unless you can cap them out (only if they're a frigate). Main targets will be blaster boats and ABing frigates. Just set your orbit to 12km and pulse the mwd when you have to pull range.
Stabber: Dual Prop
Highs: 220mm Vulcan Autocannon II Utility Module of your choosing x2
Mids: Experimental 10mn Microwarpdrive I 10mn Afterburner II Warp Disruptor II Large Ancillary Shield Booster (navy cap booster 150)
Lows: Pseudoelectron Containment Field Gyrostabilizer II x2 Nanofiber Internal Reinforced Structure II
Rigs: Medium Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer I Medium Anti-Thermal Screen Reinforcer I Medium Projectile Metastasis Adjuster I
With this fit you can get a little closer,within scram range, because you can gtfo with the AB if needed. Goes about 800ms with the AB, so enough to out speed anything destroyer sized and up, enless webbed. Then your fuddled. Just stay the hell away from any ship that could be carrying a web. I'll take 2 carebears to go, with extra tears |

Thanks for the extra detail after each fit, it helps a lot as I am completely new to proj weapons + this kind of ship. Also, even with my poor shield skills the first set up actually sits at about 26k EHP. Not too shabby.
