If you attack someone with a bounty on their head while in empire space, will CONCORD or sentry guns attack you? |

You can only attack people with security status of -5.0 . If you attack someone who isnt at that or less, CONCORD will attack you. IE. Dont attack someone who's security level is -4.9 cause CONCORD will come after you. |

So if there's a bounty on someone who is scamming people and ripping them off but isn't actually killing anyone... (i.e. no -5 sec rating, but they're just as bad as someone with a -5 sec rating) that person still can't be attacked within empire space? |

No, you'd have to declare war on their corporation first. And if they're not in a player corp then you just have to avoid them.

You can lock and pod kill anyone with a bounty ANYWHERE! Even within range of station guns. The guns will not shoot at you, you are doing the cops a favor. Wanted people are fair game anywhere in EVE.

Whoa! Not true. If the sec rating is above -5.0 and you attack them, bounty or not, you will get a sec rating hit and potentially be attacked. See the thread here

Even when you make war to thiefs, a 1 to 3 member corp will end theyre corp and start a new one. So you can't attack them without dropping your sec. standings.
Thiefs are protected by the police if sec. are not lower then -5.0
And that's the problem, thiefs don't drop there rating, they only steal and don't shoot.
So you are always on the loosers site.
And when you attack him, pod him very quick and warp out, because police is coming for you.
You have 2-3 sec. to do it.
