TS doesn't want to leave the station, until local is empty and he has a chance of taking his precious station back 
Apart from that you will never see him.
FA are pretty desperate atm, one of the latest corps they recruited have 19 members.
They used to have a pretty strict recruitment procedure/rule, now it seems they will let any corp join.
But thats probably because they are losing members daily.

I've spend the majority of my time as a pod pilot in hostile and/or war torn territory.
I know better than to call it a day while docked at a station in hostile waters.

We still employ a very strict recruitment procedure.
We only ever try to take the very best, and not any riff raff just to bolster our numbers (as some others have tried, and failed miserably by doing so)
So no change there.
So how does a corp that small get into the FA you might wonder.

As I read this from the relevant safety of the Yulai Sytem in Genesis Region, I have come to the conclusion that this press release has fully acheived the stated objective, which was to inform those interested parties of this particular war, and the reasons therefore.
