Also, having a bounty doesn't give anybody kill rights. Those are seperate.

You have a very small window to shoot them after a bounty is added. The bigger the bounty the longer you have to shoot after it is placed. Try placing a 1b bounty on someone, that should give you rights to shoot them for about 22 minutes. |

OP you need to time it right.
You have to kill the target with in the concord response timer to collect on the bounty.

In that case have your alt steal from your can and then pew pew for your bounty. On a side note, you only get 20% of what you kill back in bounty, so you end up losing if you try this on yourself.
Bounties do not give kill rights, they only give reward for killing said target. It is up to you to figure out how to get kill without being blown up. |
