As of Saturday, the 21st of May, Firmus Ixion formally contests the Catch region constellation BRP2-K which contains the player conquerable station in FAT-6P, as well as part of the U-JTBT constellation ending at the X4-WL0 system. Our intent is to lay claim to this area.

Storm Guard Elite
Firmus Ixion holds the above corporations accountable for their actions in the preceding months in FIX space, those actions include trespassing and attacking FIX pilots; furthermore, Firmus Ixion holds these corporations primarily responsible for the instigation of the earlier SE <> FIX war. The Coalition has also freely allowed those hostile to FIX to travel through their space for the purpose of attacking us.
If these corporations wish to regain those possessions they have lost in the FAT-6P station, they may contact us for negotiations and our terms. We do not expect them to come to the table immediately, especially without a fight.
FIX considers this area a no-fly zone as of this moment to all alliances/entities and corporations not in FIX. Those neutral to FIX wanting to leave the area peacefully may contact FIX JCOS to make arrangements. No entities are allowed to travel through this area for the purpose of reaching those they are at war with.

I'm awfully sorry Avancade but you are misunderstanding the post quite badly 
Ill try and break it down :
The Coalition = ebil peeps
FIX = pvpers, needing a little more space to play around in.
FIX has no intention of assisting FA or any other entity in their SE conflict, the fact that 'The Coalition' is currently fighting FA is a happy/unhappy coincidence, depending on which way you look at it.

You understand wrong,
Catch is not SE claimed space (at least not the part we're taking), so we are not harming SE in any manner.
Second, we explicitly state that no entity can pass in a journey to go to war with anther entity.
Hence, neither FA or SE benefit or be harmed by our actions.
Personally, I think it's a damn shame to see old friends fight. May peace be restored between FA and SE quickly.

1. This post is a statement. It is not a section of the forums where we sit down and talk about what is going on. The post contains all the info needed to understand.
2. The involved parties knows fully well who is who and who will be fired upon and not. If any doubts even existed in the first place, surely they will be gone now.
3. There in no reason for FIX members or others to post in the thread how much "fun" this will be, or anything of that. Again, it¦s a statement.
4. If any of the parties actually involved in this conflict, or by ties to the corporations involved, feels the need to get clarification, the JCoS of FIX are avalible for that.
5, Pointless atempts to to make something look like anything that it isn¦t wil be regarded as just that, pointless atempts.

Well, most of my experience with FIX comes from the old SE/FIX War. At that time S3VYN was your leader/spokesman. He was very passive and you guys took up a deffensive stance in one system. Your strategy was to win by not fighting, by holding up in one place with massive numbers. This is not PvP.

I went to FAT-6P the other night in a 20 man task force. There were 51 in local when we arrived and 64 when I left. Despite the odds we began shooting the station in attempt to ellicit a response. About 10 FIX BS warped in 80km away from us. They used BE/Hit-and-run type tactics and actually managed to instakill one of our untanked BS, and then warped out one by one as they were targetted while each of the remaining ships focused their fire on my Apoc (I got out). If you want to call that PvP, by all means, go ahead. I call it annoying.
But I guess this is what PvP has de-evolved to in Eve. In which case you guys are deffinately PvPers and I am most certainly not, thank-you-very-much.

Hardly. All you guys did was cause me to move my clone from FAT-6P to somewhere else that is actually closer to home (hint: I haven't been podded in a really long time so it probably doesn't even matter, but I moved it for peace of mind). I have a Rifter in FAT fit for fast travel. You guys want it? I can escrow it to one of you.
I moved out of FAT about 6 months ago because it's boring. Good for mining (not my thing), bad for NPC hunting (my bread and butter) due to all the POS up in the area.
I like FIX because you guys are known for your integrity. Fighting and deadliness you are not known for. Sorry.
This holy crusade against the coalition, is it an intentionally exaggerated RP response or did we really upset you guys this much? Some posts by your members seem really hatefull, almost as if you wish us to leave the game. Not what I'm used to from FIX.

According to our killboard we have been pretty succesfull towards the collation, but who cares. We own the station, We just does what we belives are best for fix,.

Alowishus, no one is so ebil in fix as to wish them to quit.
There are reasons we have taken this course of action which have been debated and discussed in council chamber at length.
Some of the highlights.
1) The constant attacks on FIXin our home teritory by The Coalition
2) The Fact that the now member of the Coalition were the same corps who came into FIX and took potshots at out stations, months ago.
3) The Fact that The corps of The Coaliion were the very corps most active and vocal about hating fix during the FIX / SE War.
4) The fact that The Coalition permits Third part hostiles free travel to attack us through their space.

I thought BoB coming down there and matching their blobs would mean the death of FIX but they seem to have done well. Since Bob came there I've read many good things from BoB corps about their PvP abilities in recent months, so perhap things are different now.
My experience from 4-6+ months ago with FIX was that they can blob well, typically safe spotting and waiting for 3:1 odds before an attempt to engage is made. It made things incredibly boring for a pirate at the time, but they did their job well I suppose. We'd come in, get a kill or 2, get blobbed, then log off or head home if in smaller ships. We heard many times in local, 'if you don't like how we fight, then don't come here'. They successfully bored us out of Querious so I suppose they won in that respect.
Either way, from all I've read on the forums they seem to have survived the BoB blobs very well so kudos to them for that.

Alowishus, You fill the need of a complete clueless person nicely, all conflicts needs one...
I do not feel the need to explain that "FIX=PvPers" is a correct statement, I think alot of people know this.
And as for your other whiny remarks:
1. We came to take the station. Forgive us for not taking 15 people to do this. Shooting a station isn¦t alot of fun, so might aswell get it over with. Se we brought what we wanted to get it over it.
2. You game with 13 BS + support. We warped in 8 Battleships on you, killed 2, lost 0. In the future, calling people lame in situations like that, doesn¦t make you look all that bright.
My earlier post in this thread was an atempt to make people like you understand. Obviously that failed. I am sure I will get to read alot more from you.

I don't think you killed two BS, as far as I know, you killed one Tempest.
I didn't call you lame. I called you annoying. Big difference. I dislike the tactics you guys use, but they seem to be the norm, even on our side. I hate sniping. I prefer fighting under 20km, as rare as that is anymore.
As far as you guys being PvPers, I remember you guys refusing to fight anyone or leave one system in a group less than 60 people. That's the FIX I knew of. Obviously RKK and BNC taught you guys that fighting is fun.
I don't want to argue with FIX. I like FIX. I'm just surprised at some the attitudes I see on here from some of your members. They seem overly hostile. Its not expected from FIX. I thought you guys had integrity and didn't smack. Obviously I was wrong. I'm also sad to see people in leadership positions smacking. I had a different image of FIX. You guys are acting like IMP or FOE now.

I am sorry we could not play the way you wanted, however, it¦s not your call. Sometimes we fight a certain way to have fun, sometimes we fight a certain way because we need to. Well, most of my experience with FIX comes from the old SE/FIX War. At that time S3VYN was your leader/spokesman. He was very passive and you guys took up a deffensive stance in one system. Your strategy was to win by not fighting, by holding up in one place with massive numbers. This is not PvP.
Now, I have to give you guys small props for actually conquesting and going after Catch. But still, your strategy is to maintain unfightable numbers. You guys took FAT-6P with 150 ships. We couldn't have stopped you if we had every PvPer from the entire "coalition" on at one time.
I went to FAT-6P the other night in a 20 man task force. There were 51 in local when we arrived and 64 when I left. Despite the odds we began shooting the station in attempt to ellicit a response. About 10 FIX BS warped in 80km away from us. They used BE/Hit-and-run type tactics and actually managed to instakill one of our untanked BS, and then warped out one by one as they were targetted while each of the remaining ships focused their fire on my Apoc (I got out). If you want to call that PvP, by all means, go ahead. I call it annoying.
But I guess this is what PvP has de-evolved to in Eve. In which case you guys are deffinately PvPers and I am most certainly not, thank-you-very-much.
Well, disciplined fleet combat is to ganking as organised warfare is to a pub brawl. What you define as PvP is your own business, and you're welcome to it. I won't insult your style of play or your abilities too harshly, and you can respect mine as much or as little as you want. But before you laugh at my alliance's PvP, here's a few exercises you can try so that you can at least say you're better at it than we are. (That'll be important to your self-respect, given that you believe we suck at PvP)
1. Take back your station. I know we took back 9cg from the entire Stain Empire at the height of its power within 4 hours, without asking the whole galaxy for help, so a few days should be possible for you even if you're a little slow.
2. Hold your space and your stations against overwhelming odds. Like we did against BoB, SE (including you lot) and Shinra with 3 empire wars running at the same time. Oh... they weren't just griefers either, one of those empire wars was against ATUK and another was against Red Alliance.
3. Win the respect of your enemies...

I was contacted diplomatically and after giving the individual from your so called Alliance an answer not to his liking, "The Coalition" started attacking FIX pilots in 9cg and sorrounding systems. We dont need to paint ourselves in any shape or fashion. We know what the truth is. Get your facts straight, talk to someone who has a clue. then come to the table. Until then, Ill enjoy the battles. Re: Complaints about FIX not fighting...come on. I was around for some of the SE/FIX war and I remember dire predictions that BoB+SE would equal certain doom for the entire alliance. That didn't happen. Yeah, FIX often fights with superior numbers. There's a point to that, FIX likes to win. Winning is fun. If they rushed headlong into combat they'd be derided for their lack of tactical thinking. Instead, they are criticized for their ability to out-blob their enemies. Can't please everyone, I suppose, but then that's the point of winning the battles, isn't it?
As for not fighting, I think that's a silly point...there was plenty of fighting in SE/FIX and now FIX is clearly not afraid of fighting, they're the ones attacking, after all...And besides, S3VYN isn't the diplomat anymore, is he? So don't drag him into the current conflict, he did a fine job in his time and the fact the alliance is now on the attack should attest to both his and the current leaders' ability.
I'll shamelessly wave a flag for FIX anytime, they're the most mature and coordinated alliance in the EVE universe, and those are things that even in a game should be encouraged :) Good luck, guys.

Absolutely, the even fights I had in FIX were fun. I know how you guys operate, and as a small pirate corp getting blobbed is just the way it goes sometimes. It got very boring for us there but as you guys kept saying, you were accomplishing your mission by slowing our movement in querious.
I look forward to visiting that area again sometime, next time I'll make sure we can bring decent numbers.

"o fyi.." FIX was formed after fighting and surviving the CFS war, I joined just as it started, and I was fighting every day of my life during FIX, along with a large majority of other members. They love to fight, and do so very well, ups and downs ofc, there were more ups than downs when I was a part of it, and looks like there still is.

Yes you would know all about CA talent as said on all the other treads you went and hoped into bed with every piece of Scum in the universe that would lower its standards and have you, and now when the tables turn and all the former Groups you issued threts to and aggroed come back looking for a bit of sweet revenge your crying like a baby.
The best you can do is "are fix turning into forum spammers?" we never said we were l33t we never said we were the best, but we did say we were going to kick your sorry ass's all over the shop.

If you pay attention to the forums, FIX posting has a deliberate pattern and trend.
FIX are rarely thread starters. The only time a thread will be started by FIX is when we have an announcement to make or we have some information we would like to divulge.
However, FIX is extremely prolific at responding to false accusations, slander, insults and forum smack. FIX will also respond very politely to genuine questions and requests for information.
Now what this all means is that if you take a dig on FIX on the forums and you have no proof to back up what you are saying, and what you are posting is generally rubbish, I'm afraid you are gonna see FIX posting like there is no tomorrow, they gonna be all over your ass like a bad rash.
Simple solution dont post rubbish, incoherencies, fallacies, jaded-opinions and prejuidices. Be nice and we will be nice back. FIX is not gonna lie down and let people misinform the general readers about us on the forums without a response.
