More accuratlely, the housekeeping department. She was a housekeeper for 10 years, when someone had the stroke of brilliance to make her the Financial Manager... with no experience, no education, and a bare-bones grasp of English. |

I almost went the opposite route, but the Recruiter was persistent, and the Sherriff's office was slow on the uptake. Count that one as a near-miss. Tell someone you love them today, because life is short. But scream it at them in Esperanto, because life is also terrifying and confusing. |

I applied to join the Navy when i was 16, and then decided not to finalise it. Then the Falklands happened a year later, and i was kinda relieved.
It's taken most of my extremely varied working life to discover a vocation i both enjoy and am good at, so I'm currently retraining & atending part-time college to become a Basic Skills tutor (Thats Numeracy, Literacy & basic ITC skills ).
Although I did 3 years support work with a charity for adults with learning disabilities, all the paid jobs involve care work & i aint wiping bums for a living. |

I'm a Subcontractor for Mediacom. I also work for a company that prewires new homes, does wall mounts for TV's, installs home theater systems, Directv, Dish Network, and Brinks. Basically, if you watch it, listen to it, or it protects the things you watch and listen to, I install it.
Currently working on my Masters in Criminal Justice.. I'd like to work in Juvenile Probation. |

Sadly not as effective at picking up girls as one would initially think. Fighter pilots struggle with the same problem, none of the ladies ever believe that's what we actually do for a living. They think we're lying to score a one night stand. At least half of that is true. Trolling is like art. Anyone can finger paint, but it takes true talent to create a masterpiece. |
