I'm curious what such a list would benefit you or what you are looking for?
Basically, don't trust anyone in Eve and for employment purposes and such rely on Google and solid investigation and interview practices.
Otherwise, some of the greatest scams were done by people in a position of trust or otherwise were spontaneous, with crimes committed internally.
I suppose such a list is good for convenience sake, but not much else.
