I recently flubbed a thrasher gank on a pod while I had gcc, and madly warped to every stargate in the system trying to find a pod before CONCORD caught me. Managed to check four different gates and finally got one - it's definitely possible but only in a small ship since you've got six seconds to land and fire, or land, look, and warp out. |

I have been using a thorax nearly exclusively since the patch, it can easily survive the police long enough to finish a gank. |
