Obvious market manipulation attempt is obvious... PLEX almost always wobbles when offers are on, power of 2, bundled offers etc. In any case look at it this way... if you bought high then worst case you PLEX you account rather than taking a big loss then its only an opportunity cost... (you have lost what you could have done with the ISK) but if you were stupid and if you put the farm on it and have nothing left then you're SOL.
My personal bet is that this is a temporary blip, prices drop and then rise again post Xmas* Though at hopefully a more sustainable level (~570 / 580)

PLEX prices long term will always be going up as long as ISK faucets outweigh ISK sinks, especially to the degrees that are present in EVE.
Remember, 90 day GTCs (3 PLEXes essentially) used to go for ~300m. |

Indeed it isn't. Frankly with the colossal amount of isk pretty much everyone in this game has now, I'm surprised PLEX isn't well into the billions. |

true, but you can't forget that not too long ago plex was selling for less than 300m and I remember prices lower than that too, so as it stands now, maybe the slightly lowering price of PLEX is a sign that inflation in EvE is dropping which isn't a bad thing.
it just means that our isks will be able to buy more stuff and player will be able to buy more plex so all in all, a good thing.

not really free, but only because someone bought those PLEX from CCP through their store or an authorized reseller, so while there's no "monetary" expenditure for the player whose account is funded solely by plex bought with in-game currency, someone, somewhere, is still paying CCP RM for that account to play.

PLEX "investors" - dump your PLEX before you lose huge amounts of ISK!!
PLEX are, happily, continuing their steady price decline that began in October when they reached a high of ~650 million. I'm hoping to see them reach 500 million.
It is nice to see PLEX resellers having to adjust their PLEX prices downwards. I like seeing bunches of 30+ PLEX dropping in price. |

plex will never drop too low, some very rich folk out there that would be able to stabilise it, or at worst get together with their fellow plex shufflers and prop the market, the top 5 i know about have 10's of trillions they can use to secure a stable market, although would be nice to have them about 400mil. |

Sorry got little sympathy for the OP....
We all take risks/ gambles in EvE and what you're doing is no different. No one should have the right to have risk free gambles (its a sandbox as I keep being told). If the Plex goes down so what, some players gain some players lose. It's absolutely no different to telling a noob don't fly what you can't afford to lose!! (Don't gamble isk you can't afford to lose).
