At first I am not lieing and my killmail is not faked, this is my main char, you can convo me ingame. I could either ask to my ceo to write here. But what for if at each time the replies say that we are lyars and that we are faking ?

He attacked me, stole me in 0.5 ss, and now he is claming ingame that he is not-a-pirate. That's the truth
I've immediately set a bounty of 47.500.000 isk. He's been killed a few hours later.
That would have been enough if he hasn't write that in his bio
I respect pirates, thay are usefull for the EVE economy, but I can't respect that kind of cowards who can't assume what they are
I don't know how he managed to escape to the concord fire, using a cloaking device maybe (I am not pirating, I do not know the tips).

If the killmail isn't faked then I appoligise.
If you can prove that his ship survived and that it wasn't killed you can have him banned
petition it. there may be info on the logs.

He means get him banned if his ship wasn't destroyed. It's an exploit to kill in .5 and above and not get ganked by Concord.
Place a large bounty like that on people and they will get a friend to kill them and share the money.

I don't think I wasted the money.
He has almost always been in a solo corp or 2-players corp, he seems to play solo.
He probably wasn't aware there was a bounty set upon his head when he's been killed, it's been a surprise I did not warn him of course.
He changed his bio after he's been killed, he would'nt have done this if a friend would have done the job, I believe he went in a low ss area and crossed some opportunist bounty hunter who ganked him. It was the goal I was looking for when I've set that bounty.
Anyway my CEO said that he would maintain a permanent bounty upon his head. If he uses to be 'suicided' by a friend to collect the bounty, we will soon know about that.

if his ship survived through an exploit then NO HE DOESN'T.
If your sure his Typhoon was still alive after the attack petition it. Game rules state that an attack in 0.5 - 1.0 WILL result in the loss of your ship. if it doesn't and you avoid it through some means... say bye bye to your account.

if you didnt touch the killmail, why did you edit out the victim name (and post with the same character) ?
and it doesnt even take a friend to steal a bounty, it takes a trial account and an ibis. chances are he got you for than just a lowly iteron.

he didn't, the three letter word that makes up the end of his/her name is blacked out by the forum's profanity filter, as you can see by the "edited" and quote lines in the posts afterwards.

I have no problem with some pirates but that was crappy of him to do.
That and the 4 BS pirates that gate camped a .4 while I took five minutes on a mission and killed my Thorax. You realize it takes me 30-50 minutes to make up that 12 mil I spent? Gah, that means I have to go round in my damn itty transporting goods for awhile instead of makin pretty explosions in my lovely Thorax ( I heart my Rax). Us Jews don't like to spend our money ya know heh.

Once, I was hauling 8m worth of T2 components (mission bonuses for market), and got attacked at a gate in Tar by a Brutix. His can yielded some Harvester drones, named expanders, assorted T2 modules, etc. I made a profit of over 40m selling the stuff.
God knows what was destroyed, CONCORD got the killmail.
So yes, if the guy lost his BS, wouldn't surprise me, people can act in fashions most unexpected.

I am in fact, not a pirate. I really did get my standing hunting pirates in Maut so as my mates could pass safly with their roes.
Your death was the result of having my torps blinking and clickin on you instead of the NPC rat next to you in my overview.

AS for the bounty, it was rather nice, if a bit creepy, to see myself on the most wanted list, if only for a day. Unfortunatly some dood from FA got my pod, and your bounty.
But do keep it up, it seems to keep the littler pirates outta my way when traveling in low sec space.

I do not believe you when you argue an error in your targeting. In a Typhoon you need a few seconds to lock your target of the size of an Iteron. It was not a mistake.
Anyway if it was, and if you are really the honest man you pretend to be, I renew here my demand of refund : we lost 170.000.000 isk in stuff due to your awkwardness, and even if I'm sorry for the ship and the stuff you lost, that was 100% of your fault.

We are not whining, It is just the first part of our retaliation against you. As I said before we will not release you as long as you won't have paid back. I find it is a little bit easy from you to say that we are whiners.
The story of being an hitman is very funny to. In one year we never developped any antagonism beetween New Horizons and another Corp. We just made friends and never received any threat mails or so. It is your last lie to cover your acts.
Your new corp is Solidline Enterprise wich describes itself as "Honesty, Honor, Freedom is our way". Sure the best camaflage corp you could find after you flee cowardly. I hope the CEO of Solidline will kick you out when he will have read this thread, so we will can meet soon :)
To finish I have to say that I have no hate against you Blargle. You attacked us and our duty is to revenge. If you want to attack again you are welcome. Don't be afraid for us, we have multiple backups and enough ressources to stand some losses, if you'd be lucky, and in the case you'd pilot better than you argue. If he is a paid hitman, and killed you for money, he's not a pirate. He's a hitman. So am I. There is a big difference. My corp sees it: piracy isn't allowed but I'm still well and good in my corp.

Anyone who thinks blargle is not a pirate, and anyone who is saying "Who cares if he is a pirate or not" obviously did not carefully read the thread and/or totally misses the point of the thread starter. She is not complaining that she lost a ship. She simply posted to let people know that a person who claims not to be a pirater actually is one, and they she will pay isk if you kill him. Also, it is evidently clear that blargle was not acting as a mercenary or hitman. Just read the logs and actually think about the motives behind what happened (on both sides of the story) and it is clear to see.

I believe "The Point" is that Blargle says he's not a pirate.
So, if I was to say - "hey - U in the Ity V - follow me into this belt in a 0.4 system please - Don't worry - I'm not a pirate" - would you ?
People can deny whatever they like in chat, or put anything they want in their Bio. Whether you believe it or not is your decision - and your problem.
I mean Wow - a dishonest pirate - I can hardly believe it <sarcasm for those that missed it>

You got half the point. The other half is a warning. However let's assume for the sake of argument you got the whole point with the "Blargle says he's not a pirate" bit.

That comment doesn't address the op in any way. The op hasn't asked to remove pirates from the game but rather is using a game mechanic (Bounty) to address the specific pirate problem in a manner that probably most would agree was intended by the game designers. To spell it out - If a pirate attacks me, I put a bounty on the pirate and let everyone know.
How is that a whine to get rid of pirates or to get rid of anything? - as implied by your statement - "If you could travel anywhere without getting ganked, how BORING would it be ? What else do you want..... remove the Rats ? - ban all guns ?"
