Hi
I just wondered why I can decline a mission every 4hours and not get a standing penalty.
If I have to leave the Comp for 24h+ after looking what the next mission is I get a standing penalty, so for declining 1 mission in 24hours I get a penalty.
Why ??

if you accept the mission then you'll get a penatly if you don't complete it, if you just leave the mission offer to time out without accepting then you don't get any loss I did this myself the other day and did'nt get any loss.

If you ask your agent for a mission but not accept or decline it you will loose standing after it auto fails after 24 hours.
Which is sorta silly as you wouldnty have lost anything if you manually told your agent you didnt want it. I tend to forget to this a lot

I noticed an curiosity in level 4 Vengeance. Ever since they increased the duration for bonus reward, the mission offer itself expires within 3 or 4 hours, contrary to every other mission which still have a 24h offer expiration.

not in my experience, one of my missions timed out on sunday because I waited to long to accept and I never lost any standing, I am sure it has'nt the other times either but it does'nt happen enough for me to be certain but definatly on sunday it never and I would have noticed as I have a 10.0 standing with the corp and any loss would have sent me back alot.
perhaps was because I was logged in when it times out?

mine don't, i know this as last night I got this mission and its there now stillw aiting to be done, and I did the same thingt he night before with this mission although mine is the serpentis version.

Well, mission offers expire after 24h - without penalty.
Accepted missions expire also after 24 hours - with penalty.
The bonus expires after a defined period of time - e.g. 6h for an Extravaganza, 1,5h for a Smuggler Interception.
Quitting mission always implies standing loss.
Denying missions implies a standing loss if less than 4 hours before another missions has been denied.
Did I miss anything?

Yes, not all missions have a 24h "accept or decline" timer, some are now only around 4 hours...

I can no longer await your response to my offer. I am displeased by your indecisiveness.
I lost appromiatelly 0.2 standing with both my agent and the corp. This was with the 4 hour mission offer btw. The reason why this happened in the first place.
