The only major new cap should be.
T2 Titan, exactly the same as the titan, BUT, it can deploy into a station in a contested system, doing so creates it's own (TBC) timers to be able to destroy it and works as a beachhead for an invasion of a region far away, would have a working market, fitting, insurance, repair and clone bay only.
Would cost around 500bil to make, would run on fuel blocks to stay deployed (alot more than a large POS to make it an effort)
If destroyed then all contents are lost, but would need to go via 2 timers to do so. would have a very low jump range and require huge amounts of fuel.
In effect it would be the backbone of an invasion, costly, but important. |

I've mentioned this before but with the dawn of blackops BS changes I'd like to mention it again.
Covops Carrier. It doesn't need to have fighters at all, just give it enough highs to fit reppers/cloak. Let it jump to covert cynos. Give it a decent sized SMA/CHA.
Change blackops BS to combat only, and boost them for that role. Give the bridging module to the covops carrier (Make it so flying one automatically lets you fly the other).
Basically it would be a mini base that a covops wing could use to get deep into nullsec and simply live there for a week or so harassing ~the enemy~. So a full up covops gang could light a covert cyno somewhere, drop in their blackops BS and the carriers. Friendly pilots of the smaller ships (recons/bombers) would be able to either come out in their ships and have a ready stash of replacements or alternatively could fly out and pick up their ships. A decent CHA hold would allow them to pick up ammo/bombs as needed.
This would be awesome, you'd never see me in Deklein again. It would also give carrier pilots something to do other than rep pos.
Naturally it would get it's ass kicked by a real carrier, but I don't really have a problem with that. |

Wait until Jove space is open for exploration, then we gonna get T4 ****,
with which we will build SUPER-MEGA UBER **** machines, that will be 8000 km's across, and will one shot planets.
And then Jove libraries with TECH 5 (OMGWTF) books, which will make tech 5 tengu that one shots solar systems.
yea I hope that doesn't happen
