Good god this entire thread is an absolute shambles and something CCP need to remove immediately and start dealing with this **** privately and professionally, not via a ******* forum.
I chase invoices almost daily in my job and seeing the same old excuses getting spewed out here is just embarrassing for everyone.
"invoices are with finance department but they are busy this time of the month"
"the finance director is away but back next week"
"invoices were sent out but post isn't collected on time"
Im not even one of the people supposedly getting anything but i just cant help but keep checking this awful thread.
What confuses me is why are ccp "issuing" invoices anyway?? That doesnt make any sense... Are you guys having to claim money, and CCP are issuing an invoice for payment on your behalf?? If thats the case you are literally never going to get paid, as even when these invoices go out it'll probably take another 90 days to get paid.
How many times have you been told payment is imminent so far? I count three, and one in particular where CCP Loxy says the invoices are with the finance team and scheduled for payment within a few days. The simple fact it's now a month later and still nothing, shows that was a lie, |

Seems to me that the way CCP conducted and delayed this prize delivery was very shafemul and demonstrated huge lack of professional ethic and business integrity, constantly trying to feed players garbage and excuses in order to not pay, instead of doing the right thing and helping them to provide the information needed to get the prize, if this was, as they claim, the reason for such delay.
As Nikuno wrote in this thread before, the required info by CCP for the bank transfers was:
ABA Number:
SWIFT/ BIC code
Account Number:
Routing Number:
IBAN Number:
Anybody that has made international bank transfers before knows only the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is required to complete a transaction and all the other info is not really important.
Plus even if the bank you are using for the transfers would require such codes, and the prize winners didn't know how to get them, I believe it would be in the interest of CCP's community representatives to help the players getting this information with their banks, namely by telling them that they need to go to the bank and ask for the codes, or activate e-banking and get them on the bank's website.
But no, instead u get posts like CCP Loxy's "To be very very clear on this point. The invoices must be filled in completely as instructed. We can not chase up information for you. " and more garbage to stall and prevent the payment from being done swiftly.
Now my question to you is: "What do your community representatives do besides scamming the players and spamming devblogs and videos with "Buy more PLEX" events? Do you actually have someone working for you that is there to act as a real "community representative" and for once defend the community's interests? Or you just hire parrots that rant to the player base sucking their trust with a trap in every word? |

If you haven't received a mail from me (only 3 people have) then your Invoice was good to go and I am just in the process of yelling at the bank about Iceland's currency restriction and transferring money into currencies that they have never dealt with before.
This has been way more of a nightmare than I originally intended. CCP has never really done anything like this before, and I certainly haven't. We've learned quite a few lessons from what we thought was gonna be a relatively easy thing. I want to get this wrapped up as soon as possible (Also I'm heading to Serbia in August, were a lot of our winning teams are from, and want to party with you guys without a cloud hanging over the fun), so the next update all of you guys should get is money in your bank accounts.
