WTA corporation with equipment: 19 Caldari Control Towers with structures for moonmat reprocessing. Some POSes equipped with labs.
Everything turned up and working.
All POSes in the same system on the moons of the same planet. The system has station with good undock and is quiet enough.
In corphangar at the station there are some frigs with cyno, ozone, 4 researched caldari fuel block BPOs. The manufacture lines at the station are always free, so no problems with building fuel blocks at all.
One JF jump from highsecs, which are several jumps from large trading hub.
As a bonus - the corp has +7 standing to Caldari, Amarr and Ammatar Mandate; +8 standing to corps Expert Housing, Kaalakiota, Emperor Family, Home Guard, Spacelane Patrol, Lai Dai.
I will provide all necessary information on the technology, if needed.

avg. monthly returns? I think some more details could help potencial buyers to know what they ae acutally buying..

I don;t know if a potential buyer would like everybody to know such information. that's why I have decided not to put it publicly. But if anybody is interested, I will gladly provide all additional information via evemail or convo.
