You clearly don't know what you are talking about. Do you use it? I guess not.
I get sick of mails in the mailing list from people who can't follow the very simple rules. The bans stop fools like the op sending further mails selling 6 exotic dancers via an email that could be written by a blind monkey. The bans make the list a lot more efficent and easier to use for every one else.
I have bought and sold a lot via the list and can't rate it highly enough. The fact that the Op can't follow instructions that my 4 year old daughter could follow is his loss and everyone else's gain. |

Really dude, save yourself the time, and save us the time of looking through this thread. It's a decent enough service, unfortunately moderated by a greedy jew. If you don't want to give away isk to said jew, don't post to the mailing list. Otherwise, use a noob alt.
If you are really disgruntled with the service, create a slough of noob alts, and post adverts that break the rules, then repeatedly delete the characters every few days, cycling them out. The more poorly written mails you can write, the more it will annoy him. Eventually, it will come down to, who can be bothered more, him or you. A far more useful tactic than shaming him on the forums. Then again, you have clearly illustrated what he really is, so I guess mission accomplished here too.
And look at weekopie on damage control, pretending that a thread that makes him look bad, is a good thing. I gotta admit, I laughed a bit. |

Hey W3370Pi4, you should be a bit more lenient on the English requirement. I remember when you first started Legit Trade and you were a bit more lax on the obvious mistakes and typos and whatnot. And as far as the Bulk Trade Mailing List goes, why not send a warning mail to the "perpetrator" and an explanation for his mistakes; instead of slamming down the ban hammer and asking for a "fine" for the "free" service???

I can't say for sure as I have never used the trade list and have no intention of doing so (I have no trouble selling my wares on the open market for better profit), but I did read the rules over and it looks to me like you should have had your attorney look over the fine details prior to posting.
Here is something else. There is a little thing on the EVE forums that handles sell/buy orders last I checked  perhaps you should just go there and not whine about it. |

the time we keep monitoring the mails that come in is a full time job, and we wanna keep it nice and clean for everyone that follows the rules and uses the ML frequently.
For all the people that come here whining about getting banned or whatnot, u've done something wrong and we banned u.
If we were to send mails to the ppl that did something wrong (wich i usually do) we would need to mail every sucker, every time with a "this is why". When this player should know what the rules are and follow the simple, described rules on the wiki page.
This "this is why" would take up sooooo much time, and i, for one, aint gonna be doing that for free. And neither would any of u ;)
So please! send me or w33 a mail before u come to the forums and go all "j'acuse!" (spelling?).
