its quite simple. Let me put this into CLEAR english that a 10yr old could understand.
1) You made a bid of 16 bil
2) The buyer said no
3) You sent the 16bil isk anyway
It's your fault for sending the ISK. If a GM was to read this thread, you wouldn't get your ISK back.
I hope you don't get it back. Scammer. |

I suspect you have very little chance of doing business with this guy now. In fairness it did clearly say he could not accept your bid and I can understand his reluctance to return your isk while the petition is open as:
a) A gm could mess up and strip him of isk after he returns it
b) which I am beginning to hope after your last post, the gm might well decide there is no reason for him to return the isk and then he gets a 16b present.
Scammers are currently selling killrights on this toon for up to 5mil, if you have paid for this service demand your money back at once.
Killing me should be for free. |

I dont see scamme in this deal.
I see that someone wants to profit from others' mistakes. That in a normal society is not acceptable. Only in a society cheats and scammers this is considered normal.

I think someone must be very new to EvE.
Honestly, and sadly, I am a pretty scrupulous player. But seriously, do you think cheats and scams are not common in EvE? Besides I never cheated or scammed anyone. You made an offer, I said no, then you sent isk, I think Keyanu summed it up pretty succinctly.

Totally understand. The person in question really screwed me over, the worse part is there is only one way in which I will know if the petition will be closed. If it goes their way, if it doesn't I won't ever really know. |
