God this is gonna make me feel like big brother, but if you can confirm the other guy has his isk back (get him to mail me) and that the petition is closed I would be interested in discussing a B/O offer.
I am not doing this out of selfless reasons I just don't want to end up with a negative wallet if I buy this toon.
Scammers are currently selling killrights on this toon for up to 5mil, if you have paid for this service demand your money back at once.
Killing me should be for free. |

Understood, the person above really screwed me over because of this. Put a nice tarnish on the character. They filed a petition so I will not return the isk, I will let a GM determine the outcome now.
As I see it, this is Eve. If I was in Jita and someone sent me isk for no reason I would be under no obligation to return it, I don't see a difference. But I would have returned the isk as I am not hurting for it. But since they filed a petition I do not want to get screwed over by sending the isk back, then having a gm take 16b out of my account. The above player sounds like a scammer to me and I am not going to be victim to it.

I clearly said I would not do the deal for 16b and you still sent the isk. Screams of scam on your part. |

Yours screams of a scam, I will not be a part of it.
I never once said send me the isk and the deal is done. I said no. I would have sent you the isk back once I got home, but you filed a petition immediately which reeks of a common scam run by RMT'rs. |

Fortunately for me my account does not expire soon, but if it had you would have screwed me over because of your laziness and ignorance.
As it stands I will probably not be able to sell this character until after a GM decides to look into this, which means I might have to plex the account for another month because of your inability to verify details such as (I cannot do the deal for 16b) |

I was at work and did not have access to the game. You filed a petition. Which means if I return the isk there is still a chance the GM would return the isk too, then I am out 16b.
Since you filed the petition and screwed up my sale, as I doubt anyone will purchase this character now because of your antics, I will let the GM decide what they will. And you can be damned sure I will now fight to keep it as this character is now tainted (because of you) and I will not be able to sell it any time soon.
You screwed up but still insist I pay the price for your carelessness |
