They made me check a box that said "This is an open PvP game, are you ready to accept the open PvP challenge."
Before they let me on the server I had to indictate that I was aware of the "open pvp" part of being on that server.
This should happen when you log into EVE. |

This should happen when you log into EVE. Only when you enter lowsec/nullsec. Highsec should be safe. :colbert: Those who cannot adapt become victims of Evolugalbugaslugakjlwsdhvbzxd Click for old school EVE Portraits: http://jadeconstantine.web44.net/Maison.htm |

Sadly, even that would not get the point across.

Why don't you take your whole damn ForumSwarm and just go play Age of Wushu, or Underage of Wushu.
Check that, just join the Army and sign up for a tour in Afghanistan.
You can get some real quality PvP there! |

Hopefully further educate the people who think highsec is safe, at least the ones that can read.

Ummm the fact that EVE is a PvP game has NOTHING to do with high-sec being safe. Funny enough I have played several games where the PvE aspect was a lot more deadly then the PvP aspect of the game.
High-sec is as safe as CCP wants to make it. And like all safety or security nothing is absolute, rather we live are lives in the security of an illusion.
Which makes the the notice nothing but another annoying check box.

I wasn't looking for discussion on AoW or it's MT shop.
I think the little check box before you log into the game, that has players accept that the game is what it is, is nice.
EVE should have done that 10 years ago. |

Then don't let the freakin door hit on the way out. You and most of your Goonie friends just whine about how high sec suxs, mining sucks, everything but easy kills/Goonies sucks.
Just leave already. Save us the pain of hearing your whimpering. |

This should happen when you log into EVE. Is that game based on an open market system like EVE? So you re-spawn with no death penalty? Age of Wushu? You need to work on your Troll Fu young grasshopper. |

The "unlike" part is what makes Eve as bad as it could be, fortunately it can be improved to a better game then already is, well one can hope.

It already does, you just choose to ignore it. Now you can go back to your account management buy some plex to pvp with no effort instead of mindlessly grind rabbits for weeks if you don't have a slave at home playing 24/7.

No, just a perfectly safe and without consequences section where you can do whatever you want without anyone being able to do whatever about it, because if they try or do the consequences of their choices are heavier for playing space police than the other way around.

You can purchase ready-to-use pilots for PLEXes / ISK. Alt with Thanatos => assigned fighters => instant +1250 dps on main. Or booster alt pilots. If it's not "pay to win" when there is no "pay to win" scheme at all. |
